Gameplay Notes
- Only one Rocking Rebel can be in the Charging state at a time.
- Contrary to the status effect's description, Breaking a Rocking Rebel in the Charging state dispels it, but does not provide Punchline or increase their DMG taken.
- Let There Be Laughter does not dispel the Charging state or activate the Frenzied Rendition state.
- When Get Hyped! is used during the Frenzied Rendition state, reduces all enemy Toughness regardless of Weaknesses.
- Rocking Rebel's first action is advanced forward by 75% when he enters combat.
