The Pursenas Hollow is one of the Six Great Hollows.
Description
Since Melinoe is said to have inherited its parent Hollow's unique traits, it can be inferred that the special mechanics of Melinoe also apply to Pursenas: although Ether is usually hostile mainly towards intelligent lifeforms, the Hollow features the Irradiant Phenomenon, which seems to amplify Ether's unique traits, including speeding up corruption of inorganic matter and exacerbating the distortion of spatial structures.

Etymology
- Since each Great Hollow seems to reference a location or person who was associated with a labyrinth, the Pursenas Hollow is likely named after Pursenas, an Etruscan king whose tomb, according to Pliny the Elder, contained an underground maze.
