The Void Hunter Weapons are unique Agent Weapons in Zenless Zone Zero.
Description
Overview
Coined as an official term by Carole Arna, it refers to the ancient weapons that were forged using the power of the Hollows, and that thus can grant the wielder the might of a Void Hunter. According to her, the Void Hunter Weapons have a "price" the wielder must pay behind them, proven by the great toll Tailless and the Qingming Sword respectively took on the Hoshimi Family and Yunkui Summit throughout the generations.[1] They are currently sought after by TOPS.[2]
It would later be revealed that the Void Hunter Weapons were created using Porcelloy to seal within them the Karma Cores: the cores of the Enchainers who serve as The Creator's most powerful agents. The price invoked by each weapon will cause their user to transform in to an Enchainer after prolonged usage.[3][4] As the Void Hunter weapons and the Creator share the same origin, the side effects of the weapons are able to be lifted by the Creator's power, and the weapons can kill the Creator.[5][6]

- Sunbringer took the Karma Core she bore and fragmented it in to three parts, which then were infused in to her three new selves: Eldreda Sunbringer, Lindverne Sunbringer and Dracaene Sunbringer. Remielle claimed that they were effectively living Void Hunter weapons but later revealed that it was a lie, thus leaving the original Sunbringer's reasons for doing this currently unknown.
