Lucky Ticket (HDD)

Lucky Ticket is a Combat Commission, that is unlocked once the player has collected all items in the Lucky Ticket set of the Lost Items from the Old Capital from Hollow Zero's Withered Domain.
The HDD segment of the commission is unlocked after talking to the "Cursing Old Man" during Lucky Ticket (Commission).
