While categorized by the Hollow Investigative Association as a "low threat" Ethereal, Hoplitai prove to be a formidable opponent for novice Hollow Raiders and Investigators.
Its forelimbs are covered in a thick inert Ether matter, serving as both a tough shield and an intimidating weapon.
The only drawback is its top-heavy appearance, making it not look very clever.

During combat, Hoplitai uses a [sic] shielded arms charge at opponents and block attacks.
