| Mirage Hats | |
The Pipilpan Idol has a Fury bar that fills by a 7% whenever it takes DMG as a result of the player's Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged reactions. When the bar is filled or after some time has passed, whichever is first, it will quickly retreat into its hat, generate a Ward equal to 36.2% (40% in abyss) of its max HP which can be destroyed by dealing DMG and create two additional copies in a triangular formation. Two of these copies are fakes, while the other one is real. The hats will change locations at the start of the attack and cannot be attacked until they finish swapping places, during which they are invulnerable. Afterwards, they will periodically swap. These hats also increase the Idol's RES to all elements except Electro and Hydro by 125%. The hat containing the Idol can be easily identified through several methods; its face is imprinted on the hat, it leaves behind a golden trail and it always attacks last in the Hat Slam sequence. These hats additionally have their own Fury bar, filled by a 20% as they take Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged reactions, both reactions gain a + 300% DMG bonus against hats. If the bar is filled for a false hat, nothing will happen. If the bar fills completely for the real hat, the ward will lose 22% of its durability and cancels any attacks it may be performing. The ward will also slowly drain as it takes Electro-Charged or Lunar-Charged reactions. Once the ward is completely broken, the Idol will exit the Mirage state and become paralyzed during 13s with greatly reduced RES, additionally taking True Physical DMG based on the 100% of Hydro and Electro DMG dealt + 12% of rest type of DMG dealt to the hat, not exceeding 120% of Hat's HP. The hats are immune to Frozen and Petrification. If the boss is not forced out of the Mirage state in time, it will unleash a massive shockwave around it, dealing 250% ATK as Electro DMG. | |
