Hiljetta is a Local Legend found in Wavechaser Plain, Nod-Krai. Unlike most other Local Legends, Hiljetta is not aggressive unless she is attacked.

Abilities

Double Punch
Strikes with her fists, dealing 40% ATK as Physical DMG each strike. If under the effects of Kuuvahki Battle Armor, DMG is increased to 80% ATK, and the attack is performed multiple times in succession.

Dashing Punch
Charges up her right fist before accelerating forward, dealing 60% ATK as Physical DMG. If under the effects of Kuuvahki Battle Armor, the distance of the dash is greatly increased, DMG is increased to 100% ATK, and the attack is performed up to 2/4/8 times in quick succession with 1/2/3 pieces of armor equipped. This attack is affected by the Damage Sequence.

If the player is behind Hiljetta, turns around and hurls her right fist once. Dealing 40% ATK as Physical DMG. If under the effects of Kuuvahki Battle Armor, DMG is increased to 80% ATK.

Kuuvahki Battle Armor
After 15s or when her HP falls below 80%/60%/40%, Hiljetta returns to her spawn point using and begins a charging process to equip her Kuuvahki Battle Armor. While charging, all RES is increased by 60%. She will attempt to equip 1/2/3 pieces of armor on the 1st/2nd/3rd+ attempt respectively. In the Spiral Abyss, she will always attempt to equip 3 pieces of armor. Each piece takes 7s to equip once spawned, and each subsequent piece spawns 5s after the previous one, meaning 7s/12s/17s are taken to equip 1/2/3 pieces of armor respectively. The player can interfere with this process in the following ways: After the Frozen reaction is triggered against Hiljetta 3 times (4 times in Co-Op Mode), Hiljetta will become affected with a special Frozen effect that can't be removed with regular Elemental Reactions. If she is successfully Frozen when an armor piece is pulled toward her, she will fail to equip the armor piece as it crashes and triggers Shatter, dealing 5% Max HP as True Physical DMG to her. If a piece doesn't trigger Shatter due to being blocked instead, the special Freeze effect will remain till another piece does, or the charging process ends. Triggering Overloaded on an armor piece will destroy it. Blocking the path of an armor piece using Geo Constructs (or a nearby Assembly Module for the first armor piece only) will make it hit the obstruction and fall to the ground when it is pulled toward Hiljetta. When a piece falls, it will apply a buff to characters within 2m, increasing their ATK by 40% for 8s. This buff can be stacked, and the duration of each stack is timed separately. Freezing Hiljetta then letting a piece crash her directly will also trigger the same effect. Once armor is successfully equipped, Hiljetta's attacks will be enhanced. After some time, she will discard the armor and return to her normal state.

Description

A legendary figure in the history of the Treasure Hoarders, Hiljetta was once feared and respected under the name "Black-Barrel Hag". Her exploits led to countless unforgettable tales and just as many grudges. Now living in seclusion somewhere in Nod-Krai, she spends her days lost in memories of her former glory. Her final wish is to find a worthy successor, someone who can carry forward the great dream she never managed to realize.
