In order to challenge him, the player must complete the Hidden Exploration Objective Apprentice Sculptor, Martial Master and then approach the ice-carving workshop at Fellfrost Peak:

Abilities

Rapid Fire
Hovers in the air and fires numerous bullets at the player, dealing ?% ATK as Cryo DMG. At the end of the firing sequence, launches a stronger shot that deals ?% ATK as Cryo DMG.

Ice Shard
Summons a shard of ice above the player before dropping it down, dealing ?% ATK as Cryo DMG.

Channels Cryo energy into him before expelling it in a small AoE around him, dealing ?% ATK as Cryo DMG.

Whirlwind
Targets a moderate area around the player with a burst of energy, dealing ?% ATK as Anemo DMG and Cryo DMG every ? seconds. The whirlwind has minor displacement capability if caught in its AoE.

Sculpting
Summons an ice block and uses the power of Anemo in order to carve a sculpture. If allowed to finish, creates a "Big-Mouthed Jack Frost" that fires Cryo shots at the player, dealing ?% ATK as Cryo DMG. If struck by a Stellar Glimmer Reaction during the carving attempt, a harmless ice animal will be created instead that will be automatically destroyed after some time has passed. Both the Jack Frost and harmless animal sculptures have a Cryo Ward. Up to two Jack Frost sculptures may be present at any given time, with the oldest ones being removed when creating a new sculpture.

Description

A Domovoy who studied Prime Ice sculpting diligently under Bragin, a Volkodlak master sculptor. However, Bragin's technique placed speed above all else, prioritizing the completion of works in the shortest possible time, and his training mostly focused on physical conditioning and technique. Naturally, Churin's days of hard work as an apprentice did little to cultivate any artistic sensibility, but he soon discovered that he had become the best fighter among all the apprentices...
