Official Introduction
It's Burnice from Sons of Calydon! I hear Burnice is a mixologist famous in New Eridu and the surrounding area.
"That's right! Would you like a Burnice Special? It'll burn away all your troubles!"
"You don't seem too fired up. Need a little spark~?"

"Not bad, right? I made this Nitro-Fuel with a brand new flavor using a special ingredient that I got from the city."
"What? You're going back to the truck for a nap? You don't want to be too hyped up after finishing your drink, right?"
"Speaking of which... You've got a vehicle! I've concocted some of my own super-efficient fuel. You should give it a try!"
Profile
Mixologist, fuel chemist, and pyromaniac, Burnice White can be considered the jack-of-all-trades of the Sons of Calydon. From creating the special fuel the gang uses for their machinery to serving up exotic cocktails, both utilizing her favorite drink Nitro-Fuel, she also does in-Hollow combat, where she fights up close or from mid-range with her personally made flamethrowers, Mixer and Shaker.
Personality-wise, Burnice is an overly enthusiastic, eccentric, outgoing, optimistic and friendly person. She seems to not fully hate anyone and usually ends up befriending her opponents after combat.[Note 1]
Burnice is also shown to have immense luck, from being able to survive explosives at close range[1] to winning three million Dennies in the lottery.[2]

Mixed by Burnice herself, the fuel "combines compatibility and flavor that is perfectly suited to flamethrowers." That's exactly how she said it.

- Burnice's bike bears a striking resemblance to the motorcycle Cyclone from the Kamen Rider franchise.
- Given that the in-game series Starlight Knight is already a reference to Kamen Rider, it might imply that Burnice is a Starlight Knight fan herself, like her fellow (former) Sons of Calydon member Billy Kid.

Etymology
- "Burnice" is a play on the Greek female name Berenice (also spelled Bernice in English) shared by many historical figures, and the verb "to burn," which marks her passion for burning things with her flamethrowers.
- Her last name, "White," may be a reference to the expression "white-hot."
