Miasma Spawn

These monsters, still vaguely humanoid after being injected with the Sacrifice serum, have their forms partially restrained by Porcelume — but the grotesque distortions on their bodies remain hard to look at.
Lab reports from the Hollow Investigative Association indicate that once the Porcelume is stripped from their bodies, these pitiful humanoids instantly lose control, rapidly deteriorating into more horrifying forms.
Despite their seemingly sluggish movements, the Association strongly discourages any attempt to approach or "rescue" them, unless you're capable of taking them out in one blow before they go berserk.

During combat, the Miasma Spawn will summon dust around the player that will explode after some time. Getting out of the dust quickly is your best tactical move.
