Students and office workers rushing to and fro, street artists, talent scouts, part-timers handing out flyers, groups of friends heading their separate ways after dinner... This place is always witnessing small-scale hellos and goodbyes.
It used to be called "Gluttony Street," but this place is obviously not a "street," and those who manage the arcadia didn't want to encourage "gluttony" among the masses, so it eventually became what it is now. No matter what they call it now, the food at restaurants in that alley is as good as ever.
All the chaos started with a "Let's Name This Bridge!" voting campaign. Humans wanted to call it "Duomension Bridge," ghosts lobbied for "Afterlife Bridge," ploos pushed for "Ducky Bridge," and students advocated for "Pass-the-Test Bridge"... This unremarkable little bridge nearly sparked total mayhem. To keep things from escalating any further, it remains a nameless little bridge to this day.
Ever since this landmark was built, the citizens have loved the name "@Gate." But local software developers hate it, because the "@" symbol constantly crashes their programs.

On the eve of the story's beginning, that very night, a star rose from the earth and dashed toward the sky it so deeply loved.

A World in Canvas where the stars sleep, an ocean where despair and hope coexist.

Even as it falls, the Express is destined to set sail anew, for the pace of humanity's Trailblaze can never be obstructed. |

The beaches of Astropolis maintain an eternally perfect summer by the sea, but without the associated risks of heatstroke, drowning, skin cancer, or sharknado encounters. Unless you insist on coming face-to-face with sharknado, which is a paid experience.
Astropolis's largest all-in-one shopping plaza. They say you can find every good thing the cosmos has to offer here. But that's probably just a marketing gimmick, since no one has ever managed to find true love on any of its shelves.
Inside this upside-down ocean-view restaurant, you may witness a rare sight. But compared to the sea suspended high overhead, the food here is way more worthy of attention. Ever since a Xianzhou native took charge here, the culinary creativity of the Upside-Down Restaurant is gradually starting to border on a kind of... performance art. It is what it is. Let's start with a serving of "The Amber Lord Jumps Over the Wall!"
A statue in the center of the Plaza captures the commanding figure of "Lighthouse". Rumor has it that this Plaza is the safest spot in Astropolis. Even though it's just a statue, nobody dares to stir up trouble right under the nose of Lighthouse.
The "Shuttle" is the primary mode of public transportation in Astropolis, capable of taking you to any sector of this colossus. Because of how vital it actually is, the law states that its name should and can only be the completely unremarkable "Shuttle". This prevents disputes over naming rights and advertising revenues. |

All who enter here must abandon any dull, dry, boring, bland, flat, monotonous, dreary, and empty thoughts, and embrace crazy ideas beyond mortal imagination instead. These security cameras are here to prevent you from bringing such thoughts into the work area.
A public space belonging to the Media Business Department. Some people deliberately choose to hold their meetings here as a show of their "Openness and Aboveboardness," though meetings that make a point of saying so tend to be particularly shady.
You can see any corner of Astropolis through these security monitors, including residential homes, and even the Arita Family mansion (though that's not something the average person will get to see) What's that? An invasion of privacy? Hahaha, love your sense of humor.
Keeping Up With Star Rail, Interastral Peace Broadcast... and more recently, Furbobo Weekly too. Nearly all the most popular shows across the cosmos are recorded here. In its golden age, over 400 programs were in production simultaneously. But that was then; now, it's grown quieter and quieter. You know how it is, the industry is not doing great.
This kind of circular work zone layout isn't the most efficient, but it's undoubtedly the most spectacular. Astropolis city planners are well aware that everything in this city is part of the landscape, laborers included. |

Everything seems insignificant at the very heart of Astropolis. The designers here had no intention of making you feel a sense of superiority. Instead, they strongly wanted you to realize that on a cosmic scale, even a high-ranking IPC executive is but a speck of dust.
The conference room where IPC executives calmly carry out negotiations also doubles as a private showroom for Arita's collections. The name "Hall of Five Senses" was originated by Yan Shiluo. It is quite refined, as expected of a Xianzhou native. Arita prefers to call it the "Institute of Collections." It is supposedly derived from Ancient Benzaitengoku, and it's not a bad name either. But Kenneth prefers to call it, "Old Geezers Just Love Hoarding a Bunch of Junk, Who Even Knows Where This Old Man Dug Up All These Scraps From." That's a good name too, just a tad long. |
Trivia
- On Amphoreus, Space Anchors say "Space Anchor pinned" instead of "Space Anchor unlocked." This is because Akivili and the Astral Express Crew have never been to Amphoreus before, thus not placing any Space Anchors.
