De Wayne

De Wayne was an IPC executive and the head of the Technology Division, also known as the Decryption Division of the Interastral Peace Corporation.
Profile
De Wayne was eager to break the rules and was ambitious. It is said that only those that inhabit the same characteristics can follow him. They were good at ancient languages, coding, and deciphering, leading to the name "Decryption Division". De Wayne also owned a mercenary squad, known by others as the Mavericks[1]
The planet of Cyprogo was also under the rule of the Technology Division, and by proxy, De Wayne.[2] De Wayne was no match for Farnsha and Korapao, yet seemingly, he earned riches from the Borderstar Trade War.[3]
History
Once an internal conflict took place at the IPC, De Wayne saw the chance to occupy, colonize, and expropriate inorganic worlds. This is when he was recruiting mercenaries to form an armed organization. De Wayne ordered a soldier to infiltrate the Armed Archaeologists to steal the Anti-Organic Equation. The soldier failed, however.[4]
After this, a gunman from the planet of Cyprogo shot at Izmael, the cosmic library.[3]
During the Emperor's War, De Wayne's subordinates discovered that inorganic lives that have bonded with organic lives can still be affected by the Equation. Later on, they also discovered that organic lives coming from fringe planets were affected by the Equation.[5]
After a while, De Wayne reached the peak of Broadened Cognition, and saw a large amount of wealth and resources on the peak of a mountain, and on that mountain laid a cast iron throne. After he went on his journey to the throne, he went for a break. There, Mythus interfered and made him hallucinate. The hallucination was about him reaching for a wealth guardian, yet always failing.[3] Due to this, he lost his mind and died.[6]
