Chrysos Heirs/History

This article is about the chronological events solely pertaining to the Chrysos Heirs. For entirety of Amphoreus' timeline, see Amphoreus/History.

The following is a rough timeline of historical events that occur on the Chrysos Heirs according to both As I've Written and the Light Calendar.

Note: Due to Amphoreus having two types of cycles: the first being the cycles that Lygus facilitated for the Amphoreus Experiment and the second being the recursive loop created by Cyrene and Phainon at the end of the final Amphoreus cycle, this page shall refer to the first type as "cycles," and the second type as "eternal recurrence."

History

Before the Amphoreus Experiment

• Lygus removed Demiurge, the thirteenth Titan, from the Amphoreus Experiment before it began.^[1]

Beginning of the Amphoreus Experiment

• Lygus, using Scepter δ-me13, created the Twelve Factors to be core variables of The Amphoreus Experiment, each factor bears a Track and their own Primum Mobile.^[2]

The Amphoreus Experiment

Spanning Cycles 1 to Unknown

• 1st Cycle — Inorganic entities operated as cellular sized automata before the introduction of the twelve factors.^[3]
  • Once the factors were introduced, the entities began to learn.

• 50,121st Cycle — Chaoz666 chose to kill the aggressor when subjected to a computational power takeover. This was the first act of Destruction throughout Amphoreus' cycles.^[3]
  • Nanook gazed upon the Scepter due to this action, and it became the Lord Ravager Irontomb.^[3]
  • The entities linked to the twelve factors began to manifest "Golden Blood" and traits associated with Destruction.^[4]

• 176,100th Cycle — Utop13 killed out of love, redefining murder as altruistic.^[5]
  • This resulted in a highly chaotic state: the equation's contamination levels spiked, leading to mutation and the creation of the black tide.^[6]

The Amphoreus Experiment: Experiment Progress: Human

Spanning Cycles 176,200 to 28,371,273

• 176,200th-177,200th Cycles — Memory inheritance was added between cycles for the twelve factors' signals.^[7]

• 176,232nd Cycle — Memory inheritance was now on a functional level.^[7]

• 3,926,183rd Cycle — The ratio of divinity increased. When humanity's technology hit a critical point, they began hunting the gods for energy and power.^[7]

• 7,091,231st Cycle — The signals were split into two, and the data of the signals was preserved to bear divinity for the next cycle.^[7]

• 11,749,992nd Cycle — The black tide was introduced to Amphoreus.^[7]
  • Fovos032 stripped data from other signals to preserve the current cycle, but failed.

• 19,110,218th Cycle — Due to the actions of Fovos032, Amphoreus' cycles were modified to have the signals perform the start of the new cycles themselves, in what became known as the Era Nova.^[7]

• 19,110,218th Cycle — Nammou320 utilized the "Ultimate Protocol" to eliminate the other factors from the cycle. Their behavior, due to being aligned with "Destruction," was marked as the default value for embedded behavior and was applied in subsequent cycles.^[8]

• 28,371,272nd Cycle — The signals complete an epochal iteration for the first time, and a reaction from Nanook was detected.^[7]
  • Irontomb's evolution began to accelerate.

Unknown Cycle

• Trailblazer becomes The Hero Within, ending up as the ideal Deliverer in Phainon's eyes.^[9]

• Aedes Elysiae loses to the black tide, and Phainon and Cyrene escape.^[9]

• Terravox kills Georios and takes the Coreflame.^[10]

• Phainon becomes an Okheman soldier, and Cyrene becomes a student within Oronyx's temple.^[9]

• Year 4926, Month of Gate — Mydeimos and Phainon have a duel on who has an object heavier than the fate of the world.^[9]

• Year 4931, Month of Evernight — The Flame-Chase Journey has come to an end, and Era Nova begins, finally fulfilling the extrapolations of Amphoreus.^[9]

• However, Phainon and Cyrene continue the experiment, weaving a long dream for Amphoreus and removing "Time" to have Fuli gaze upon the Scepter and save Amphoreus.^[9]
  • Fuli's gaze would grant every version of Cyrene the power to reset time, and creating an unending Flame-Chase Journey.
  • Because "Time" has to disappear, Cyrene will too. Cyrene decides to imbue her soul into her blade, and leaves it up to other versions of herself to delete "Time" again and again.
  • Phainon decides to step into the endless cycles of Amphoreus once more, becoming "Khaslana."

Eternal Recurrence #1

First Flame-Chase Journey

• Year 3870 — Khaslana comes back to Amphoreus after going through the currents of time.^[10]

• When Cerydra declared the decree of the Flame-Chase Journey after Seliose's victory, Khaslana tells the truth about Amphoreus onto Hysilens, and asks for an audience with Cerydra.^[10]
  • It was a trap, and Tribbie, Aglaea, and Hysilens interrogate Khaslana.

• Khaslana reveals the truth of Era Nova, and eventually comes into an agreement with Cerydra. In the agreement, Khaslana shall seal all the Coreflames, resulting in there being no more demigods after Tribios.^[10]

• Khaslana fights against Georios and wins with no losses, earning the cheers of the crowds.^[10]

Arrival of Era Nova

• Phainon, disgusted with the indifference of Khaslana for the people, begins to fight him, resulting in the death of Phainon.^[10]
  • With this, Khaslana resets the Eternal Recurrence.

Eternal Recurrence #2–#4,000,000: Khaslana

• Eternal Recurrence #2 — Khaslana follows what he did in eternal recurrence #1.^[10]

• Eternal Recurrence #3 — Khaslana decides to try and avoid sacrificing companions.^[10]

• Eternal Recurrence #15 — Khaslana tries to decompile the black tide for the first time and fails.^[10]

• Eternal Recurrence #42 — Khaslana attempts to breach the Scepter's core layer and fails, resulting in increasing indifference.^[10]
  • Khaslana kills some or if not all the Chrysos Heirs, and resets the eternal recurrence.

• Eternal Recurrence #83–133 — Khaslana goes on a mental decline after repeated attempts to breach the Scepter's core, reinforcing Irontomb's "Destruction" vector.^[10]

• Eternal Recurrence #134 — Khaslana burns down the city of Dolos.^[10]
  • Khaslana reveals the answer Anaxa has been looking for about the cycles, and Anaxa decides to help Khaslana. At this point, Khaslana has housed 1596 Coreflames in his body.
  • Anaxa and Khaslana try to claim the Coreflame of Reason, but is stopped by Cipher. Before Khaslana can take it back, Anaxa tries to intervene and stop Khaslana.
  • Khaslana quickly reclaims the Coreflame of Reason after killing Anaxa and Cipher.
  • Khaslana's 103rd attempt to breach the Scepter's core failed.

• Eternal Recurrence #5,297–#108,641 — Khaslana's numerous attempts to breach the Scepter's core keeps failing. He kills the Chrysos Heirs at the accelerated rate and resets the eternal recurrence.^[10]

• Eternal Recurrence #8,128 — Mydei became the Helkolithist Sage of the Grove of Epiphany, while Anaksa earned the title of the King's Aegis by triumphing in the Kremnos Festival.^[11]
  • Anaksa led the Kremnoan Army against the Grove of Epiphany, which was defended by the scholars and the Seven Sages of the Grove, including Mydei.

• Eternal Recurrence #100,003 — Tribios took on Janus' fate and stole the Coreflame of Passage from Janusopolis, ascending as the demigod of Passage. However, she did not split as the Titan was abruptly cut off, and ventured towards the many realms after bidding farewell to Tribbie, Trinnon and Trianne.^[12]

• Eternal Recurrence #309,785 — Castorice returned to the nether realm and passed the trial of Death. Unlike the prior eternal recurrences, she wasn't completely cut off from the mortal world, and the Netherwing retained Polyxia's remaining sanity due to the success of joint research done by Anaxa and Aglaea. Castorice set up the flower shop "Spring of the Underworld" in the nether realm and had Netherwing deliver the flowers to Okhema. Okhemans eagerly received the flowers and send gift to her.^[13]

Eternal Recurrence #4,000,001–#33,550,335: Flame Reaver

• Eternal Recurrence #4,000,001 — Khaslana becomes the Flame Reaver.^[10]

• Eternal Recurrence #4,048,128 — The Flame-Chase Army successfully conquers Phagousa's Coreflame, achieving a near-perfect Flame-Chase Journey and reclaiming the Coreflames of Earth, Strife, Death, and Sky.^[14]
  • Despite their triumph, the Era Nova never came, and both Cerydra and Hysilens vanished for reasons unknown.

• Eternal Recurrence #6,269,299 — Zagreus, the Titan of Trickery, usurps the authority of Law after Talanton, the Titan of Law, falls on the Spirit Day.^[15]

• Eternal Recurrence #8,668,666 — Little Ica suffered from rare genetic mutation that made Little Ica go hungry always. Hyacine had to bring Ica to the Caprist research lab in Grove of Epiphany for a diagnosis which the Sage announced Little Ica's condition. After leaving Little Ica with the Sage, she then rushed to the city-state engulfed by the black tide to save the surviving children but found herself surrounded by black tide monsters. Little Ica who was now a size of dromas, shallowed the monsters whole.^[16]

• Eternal Recurrence #18,250,001 — Terravox encounters a young Seliose and takes her under their wing. Recognizing her true potential, they persuade her to remain on the ground and fight alongside humanity.^[17]
  • Year 3920 — Seliose meets Cerydra and joins the Flame-Chase Journey as an auxiliary force.
  • Year 3957 — Terravox fell in the battle against Georios, the Titan of Earth.
  • Year 3960 — The Flame-Chase Army suffered devastating losses, with Seliose emerging as the sole survivor of the campaign against Phagousa. The Council of Elders accused her of slaying both the Imperator and the Army in a bid for power. Seliose offered no defense; instead, she swiftly purged the entire Council and later endorsed Aglaea's ascent to power.
  • A thousand years later, after watching Hyacine ascend the rainbow bridge to the sky, Seliose passed away while standing atop Dawncloud.

• Eternal Recurrence #23,570,001 — Aedes Elysiae did not fall under black tide as the Flame Reaver drove the black tide and protect Aedes Elysiae to protect his sense of self. During the Flame-Chase War, Flame Reaver met Phainon and unconsciously kill him.^[18]

• Eternal Recurrence #33,550,335 — The Chrysos Heirs fought against the Flame Reaver in a brutal battle. They were killed one by one until only Phainon remained, who was then stabbed by him before inheriting his memories and resetting the recurrence.^[19]

Before Era Bellica

• With the birth of Thanatos, Castorice was formed from the fragments of the previous cycle and sent to Styxia, bearing half the power of Thanatos representing death.^[20]

The Astral Express arrival of Amphoreus

• Demiurge sends a call for help to the cosmos to gain favor of the stars for Amphoreus in which Black Swan caught it though it also draws unpleasant attention from Garden of Recollection.^[21]
  • Black Swan then convinces Astral Express Crews to wrap to Amphoreus as the Express was dangerously low on fuel due to the prolonged stays in the worlds they had recently been to.^[22]

• After their arrival outside Amphoreus, March 7th suddenly falls ill for unknown reasons, with both Black Swan and Sunday unable to find the root cause. Himeko decides on a backup plan with the Trailblazer and Dan Heng descending alone, detaching a car of the Express for them to use in their descent.^[23]
  • Before March 7th enters Amphoreus, Cyrene tries to stop her and warns that people walking through the Gate of Memory never returned safely. March tells her that Dan Heng and the Trailblazer are on their way to Amphoreus and they won't survive without her. She also convinces Cyrene that they will find a way to help her and enters Amphoreus.^[24]

Spreading of the Prophecy

• Year 3760, Month of Evernight — Tribios took on Janus' authority and duties when stole the Coreflame of Passage from Janusopolis, ascending as the demigod of Passage.^[25]
  • March 7th arrived in Amphoreus and intervened to help Tribios flee from the Temple of the Three Fates' guards, setting her on the path of the Flame-Chase.^[26]
  • This caused her to split into a thousand versions of herself, which then traveled across Amphoreus to spread the Prophecy of Genesis received from becoming the demigod.^[25][27]
  • This prophecy foretold that golden blood will "converge into a boiling river that flows to the heroic heirs of this world." It named the Chrysos Heirs, who will "pluck the gods' Coreflames" and once more uphold the world.^[28]

• However, after they spread the prophecy, many Chrysos Heirs refused the call.^[29]
  • Tribbie, a version of Tribios, was imprisoned inside a cell, but was later freed by Cerydra.^[29]

• After 97 days of wandering, Lygus spots March 7th and in exchange of all of her memories, Evernight takes control of her body to protect the Trailblazer and Dan Heng.^[30]
  • During March 7th's wandering, Demiurge mastered the art of archery.^[21]

Chrysos War

• Year 3867 — The city-states of Loukas, Icaria, and Corinth formed an allied army and laid siege to Okhema.^[31]
  • Okhema was saved by the army led by Hysilens and Cerydra.
  • Cerydra declares herself as the ruler of Okhema, and silenced the Council of Elders, vowing to bring justice to its people.

• Cerydra, with Hysilens by her side, conquered the city-states one by one.^[31]

• To combat the Heirs, several cities formed the squad known as "the Cleaners" with the task to kill any Heir with any method.^[32]

• Janusopolis was destroyed due to the war.^[33]

• The final festival took place in Castrum Kremnos.

• One of Tribios' fragments, Trissha, perishes trying to save the people escaping from the black tide that struck Oleinus.^[34]

• The King of Corinth jumped off a window in despair, signalling the end of the Chrysos War.^[31]
  • Only three fragments of Tribios remained: Tribbie, Trianne, and Trinnon.^[35]

Start of the Flame-Chase Journey

• Cerydra issued an edict proclaiming the realization of Kephale's prophecy.^[31]

• Year 3870, Month of Freedom — Seliose, the Daythunder Knight, seeing the strife between the Skyfolk, defeated Aquila alongside Lunabis and Solabis with the goal of finally bringing peace to the Skyfolk.^[25][34]
  • However, Seliose's goal had failed, and the strife still continued. This resulted in the new believers — who revered Seliose as a goddess — to oppress the people unwilling to abandon old beliefs.
  • The old believers began colluding with The Cleaners. With the guise of helping them fight Seliose, they assassinated the Heirs amongst the Skyfolk.
  • Witnessing this, Seliose gave up on humanity, and merged with Aquila, casting aside her own humanity.
  • She sent Lunabis and Sonabis to execute all Skyfolk, both the old and new believers. With this, the Skyfolk were enveloped into the golden lava that powers the Eye of Twilight.
  • However, an unnamed Skyfolk who was a Chrysos Heir begged for her mercy. Even though this Skyfolk was not different from the rest of the Skyfolk that came before her, she comes before her to prove that mortals are capable of change.
  • To accomplish this, the unnamed Skyfolk proposed that she would ensure that Seliose's epic passed down through her descendants till the end, hoping that eventually, her descendants will return in the Eye of Twilight to prove that imperfect and flawed mortals can save the world.
  • Amused by this, Seliose blessed her and her descendants, awaiting their arrival.

• Due to Seliose defeating Aquila, it sparked the Flame-Chase Journey.^[34]
  • Cerydra gathered an immense force of warriors, scholars, priests, and adventurers from all corners of the land. Named the "Flame-Chase Army", she was to lead the army to embark on the campaign which would become known as the First Flame-Chase Journey.^[31]
  • However, due to unknown circumstances, the Flame-Chase Army suffered a bitter defeat.
  • Cerydra changed, once wise, became obstinate and heedless, eventually disappearing.

• Eventually, Cerydra becomes the demigod of Law, Hysilens becomes the demigod of Ocean, and Terravox becomes the demigod of Earth.^[31][36]

• ~Year 3930 — Aglaea becomes the demigod of Romance.^[37]

• ~Year 3930 — Hysilens dies.^[38]

• ~Year 4031 — Cipher becomes the demigod of Trickery. However, she fooled everyone into believing that Zagreus died.^[39][40]
  • Disguised as Atticus, Cipher propagates the lie that the Dawn Device can support Okhema forever. With her powers as a demigod, she turned this lie into reality, supporting Okhema for an extra thousand years.^[40]

• After embarking on a journey to meet with Thanatos, Castorice eventually encounters Aglaea, and joins her on the Flame-Chase Journey.^[41]

• Anaxagoras sacrificed his eye to perform an exchange to let him resurrect his sister. However, it fails due to the law of equivalent exchange.^[42]

• Mydeimos's mother, Gorgo, died while trying to prevent Eurypon from drowning Mydei in the Sea of Souls.^[43]
  • When he threw Mydei into the sea, Mydei survived, now bearing the curse of immortality.

• As Mydei left Castrum Kremnos, a group of Kremnoans followed in his wake, visiting Ladon, Aidonia, and Aenionus.^[44][45]
  • Along the way, they allied with Aglaea, and offered to aid in the Flame-Chase Journey.
  • Eventually, Mydei overthrew his father's reign, yet didn't restore the dynasty of his father, opting to go to Okhema.

• Phainon's hometown of Aedes Elysiae was destroyed by the Flame Reaver.^[46]

• Anaxagoras becomes the founder and head of the Nousporists.^[47]
  • Castorice, Hyacine, and Phainon were assigned to his school.^[48]

• In the Grove of Epiphany, Hyacine rebuilt the Twilight Courtyard.^[33][49]

Present

• Year 4931, Month of Balance^[50] — In an attempt to connect Amphoreus to the Star Rails, the Strife Titan, Nikador, strikes the car of Astral Express using his spear, killing the Trailblazer, and the Trailblazer and Dan Heng crash-land on Janusopolis.^[23]
  • The Trailblazer's form is temporarily sustained by Fuli's gaze, becoming a collection of walking memories, unbeknownst to them.^[51]
  • Upon the arrival of the two Namelesses, Demiurge awakes as Mem and encounters the Trailblazer.^[52][21] She later guides the two to Silent Shroud.
  • The minions of Nikador attack the Trailblazer and Dan Heng before being saved by Phainon who explains the situation about the refugees.^[23]
  • Tribbie meets the trio and scolds Phainon for damaging Cloud-Piercer before introducing herself to the Trailblazer and Dan Heng.
  • The Trailblazer and Dan Heng clears the threats, allowing the two Chrysos Heirs to take the refugees to Okhema safety.
  • After arriving in Okhema, where Nikador is launching attack on the city, the Trailblazer and Dan Heng help repel an attack by Nikador.

• The Trailblazer and Dan Heng then meet Aglaea, the leader of the Chrysos Heirs, and the duo promise not to reveal their true nature to the Amphoreans: that they are from beyond the skies.^[53]
  • During their time in Marmoreal Market, they meet a man named Damionis, who helps them take a photo. He goes through the camera's album and discovers that life exists beyond the skies, spreading rumors about March 7th.^[53]
  • While the two put an end to the rumors with Mydei's help, Aglaea interrogates them and uses Castorice as an executioner, as the Trailblazer and Dan Heng had broken their promise to her.^[54]
    • If the Trailblazer answers at least two questions truthfully, they and Dan Heng manage to convince her of their good intentions though their impression on Amphoreus drops significantly. Phainon then arrives and vouches the Trailblazer and Dan Heng along with Castorice as Okhema is desperate for aid.
    • If the Trailblazer answers one or none question truthfully, Aglaea lets Castorice to execute the duo. However, they are saved by Phainon at the last moment who explains that Dan Heng and the Trailblazer fought along with the Chrysos Heirs and manages to convince Aglaea to spare the duo.
  • She later reveals to Tribbie that it was merely a means of building trust, knowing that Tribbie would have intervened if she had truly intended to follow through on her threat.
  • Phainon explains the situation about the Chrysos Heirs, their prophecy and the Titans and manages to convince the Trailblazer and Dan Heng to stay in Amphoreus.

• After resting, Dan Heng and the Trailblazer attend the meeting between the Chrysos Heirs after Trainne located Castrum Kremnos.^[54]
  • Aglaea announces the crusade against Nikador and Phainon and Mydei volunteer to join the crusade with Phainon selecting the Trailblazer to accompany him at Aglaea request.

• Arriving in Castrum Kremnos, the trio encounter Nikador and try to defeat him.^[55]
  • They soon discover the Titan created a second, indestructible body and that they are focused on destroying Okhema, prompting Mydei to battle them alone while sending the other two back to inform Aglaea of the development.

• After informing the situation, Aglaea sends Phainon and the Trailblazer with Castorice to obtain an audience with the Fate Titan, Oronyx, overcoming their trial. Oronyx initially refuses to help, but soon makes a connection with the Trailblazer, who realizes they could help them find "Mother." As they are visiting the memory, Fuli gazes at the Trailblazer, and Mem joins them.^[56]

• After returning from Janusopolis, Phainon and Dan Heng return to assist Mydei while Mem gathers the memories accompanied by the Trailblazer and Castorice. The trio meet Damionis and ask about the memories related to Castrum Kremnos. Damionis recalls his visit to Castrum Kremnos for the festival and shows a photo of the city, allowing Mem to collect that memory.^[57]

• After going into the past, the Trailblazer and Castorice manage to restore Nikador's true form and defeat them in the present, acquiring their Coreflame. Phainon later undergoes the trial of Strife, but ultimately fails.^[50]
  • After Trinnon senses that the trial has gone wrong, Mydei and the Trailblazer intervene and successfully rescue Phainon.^[50]

• The Grove of Epiphany is attacked by the Flame Reaver.^[58]
  • Some Chrysos Heirs die due to the attack.
  • Anaxagoras, to protect the Coreflame of Reason, stays behind in the Grove of Epiphany.
  • Cerces, seeing this, used her power to merge him with the Coreflame, which gave him an extended period of life.

• While seeking an audience with Oronyx, Tribbie, Trianne, and Trinnon are ambushed by the Flame Reaver, who killed Oronyx just prior.^[59]
  • Trianne sacrifices herself to save the rest and dies.
  • The Coreflame of Time is stolen.

• Mydei takes on the trial and succeeds, becoming the demigod of Strife.^[60]
  • With Mydei as a demigod, the Chrysos Heirs temporarily kill the Flame Reaver and recover the Coreflame of Time.

• Mydei departs from Okhema to push back the black tide.^[37]

• The Trailblazer, alongside Mem, goes through the trial of Oronyx and becomes the demigod of Time.^[51]
  • Oronyx assigns another trial for the Trailblazer, which is to reclaim their future by regaining their soul in the River of Souls.

• A debate sparks between the Council of Elders and Chrysos Heirs on the topic of the Flame-Chase Journey.^[61]

• Castorice and Trailblazer, with the aid of Cipher, go to Styxia.^[62]
  • They revive Thanatos and open the gates to the nether realm which was previously sealed due to the Titan's corpse blocking the river.

• Castorice, after completing the trial of Death, becomes the demigod of Death.^[20]
  • Castorice stays in the nether realm to maintain Amphoreus's cycle of life and death.

• With the votes on whether to continue the Flame-Chase Journey or not being tied, Anaxa chooses to continue the Flame-Chase Journey.^[63]

• As Anaxagoras' extended period of life is about to end, he surrenders the Coreflame, succeeds the trial of Reason and becomes a demigod, then dies shortly after.^[64]

• Year 4932^[65] — Not satisfied with the results of the debate, Caenis orders the Cleaners to kill Aglaea, and succeeds.^[66]
  • As such, Phainon takes up the leadership role of the Chrysos Heirs.^[67]

• Hyacine gains the permission from her ancestors to go to the Eye of Twilight.^[36]

• Cipher is ordered to protect the Coreflame of Worldbearing.^[67]

• After a long battle, Hyacine, Phainon, Trailblazer, and Dan Heng succeed in getting the Coreflame of Sky.^[68]
  • However as the city in the sky begins to fall, Hyacine quickly goes to the Vortex of Genesis, becomes the demigod of Sky, and sacrifices herself for the others to be saved.

• Meanwhile, Cipher dies to the Flame Reaver.^[69]
  • However she fulfills her promise as the Coreflame is safely in Trinnon's hands.^[70]
  • The power supporting Okhema fizzles out, and Okhema begins to get destroyed.^[70]

• Phainon, Trailblazer, and Dan Heng return to Okhema and quickly try to make their way to the Vortex of Genesis to surrender the Coreflame of Worldbearing.^[70]
  • As they're intercepted by the Flame Reaver, Mydei, Castorice, and Tribbie distract him. This lead to Mydei's and Tribbie's deaths.
  • Since the Flame Reaver is on their tail again, Dan Heng steps up and becomes the second distraction.

• Eventually, Phainon reaches the Vortex of Genesis with the Coreflame of Worldbearing, and submits it.^[9]
  • The Flame Reaver arrives once again, eventually being unmasked as Khaslana and defeated.

• After defeating Khaslana, Phainon ascends and gains all the memories and Coreflames from Khaslana.^[71] He then attempts to create a logical vulnerability in the "Worldbearing" path, but is ultimately defeated and assimilated by Irontomb.^[72][73][74]

• Terravox, the giant dragon and creation of Georios, was born approximately 2000 years before the creation of the Light Calendar.^[75]

Era Bellica

• Due to Khaslana's actions in the previous eternal recurrence, the black tide was suppressed. However, it still roiled in the depths of the world, first affecting the ocean.^[76]

• Phagousa gathered their Titankin, the Sea Sirens, to battle the black tide head-on until Nikador's return.^[76][77]
  • Phagousa soon becomes corrupted and sinks into the abyss. The Chalice of Plenty shatters, and Phagousa's intoxication spills into the black tide, giving birth to the first madness in Amphoreus.
  • Hysilens is the only survivor among the Sea Sirens.

Pre-Flame–Chase Journey

• Year 3720 — Tribios is born.^[75]

• Year 3850-3851 — The Liberation of Loukas^[78]
  • Year 3850 — A rebellion arose on Loukas, seeking to overthrow the brutal tyrant and reclaim freedom for its people.
    • However the tyrant's enforcer Fortunado led the elite troops and crushed the rebels, forcing the resistance to drive onto a peninsula with no escape.
  • Year 3851 — Cerydra, the princess of Hyperborea, arrived and overthrew the tyrant of Loukas, declaring herself as the Imperator.
    • Fortunado was beheaded while the tyrant of Loukas fled by sea to Hattusili, a small kingdom southeast of Styxia.

• Year 3860 — Aglaea and Hysilens are born.^[75]

• Year 3865 — Aquila's unpredictable climate threw Amphoreus into chaos, with alternating floods and droughts devastating harvests continent-wide.^[78]
  • Cerydra, having heeded Tribbie's prophecy, was fully prepared and consolidated control over several city-states, expanding her influence.

• Year 3867 — The First Siege of Okhema^[78]
  • The failed malicious plots led to the unjust execution of three Okheman generals, sparking the chaos within the military outside the wall and the citizens within alike.
  • The tyrant of Loukas, leading combined forces from Icaria and Corinth, laid siege to Okhema, but were defeated by Cerydra's army. Cerydra became the ruler of Okhema.
  • The Loukas and Icaria tyrants fell into captivity, while the Corinth tyrant fled with his battered forces south of the Dolos plains.

• Year 3870 — Seliose the Daythunder Knight slays Aquila. Later, Seliose fuses herself with Aquila to hold the sky, and executes most of the Skyfolk.^[78]
  • On the same year, Castrum Kremnos declared war against Okhema, forcing Ceydra to concentrate on this threat, weakening her control over other regions.

• Year 3874 — The Campa Expedition^[78]
  • Campa rebelled against Okheman Alliance. Ceydra, distracted by the Kremnoans, secretly sent Seneca to Campa Mountains with Okhema formed secret alliance with Ladon.
  • The Alliance is successfully able to defeat Campa with Seneca as a key general in the Alliance's victory.
  • On the same day of Campa capture, the Ladonian leader betrayed, only to be immediately subdued by Seneca due to the fear they would be next to fall.

• Year 3903 — The Great Battle of Tretos Plains^[78]
  • With Labienus as the key general, the Okheman Alliance battled against the Kremnos forces on the Tretos Plains for three full months.
  • Cerydra dispatchs Labienus to attack the Kremnoan command at any cost, and succeeded brilliantly.
  • Sacrificing a hundred warriors and suffering multiple wounds himself, Labienus disrupted the Kremnoan command structure for half a quint.
  • Cerydra identified a small weakness in the Kremnoan formation that ultimately decided the outcome. This weakened the Kremnoan forces, leading to three consecutive defeats, after which a 50-year peace treaty was signed between the two city-states.

• Year 3910 — The Second Siege of Okhema^[78]
  • Some members of the Council of Elders of Okhema rebelled against Cerydra while Corinth laid a siege to Okhema. The coup failed and in response, Cerydra executed all the Elders and their families.
  • That same year, Cerydra ordered a surprise attack on Corinth, led by Hysilens. The tyrant of Corinth took his own life by leaping from a window, and the Corinthian forces surrendered without resistance.

• After the Second Siege of Okhema, Cerydra seized absolute control of the city and officially started the First Flame-Chase Journey.^[78]

First Flame–Chase Journey

• Year 3930 — Siege of the Grove of Epiphany^[78]
  • Cerydra sent Apollonius who was once a sage of the Grove and now an Advisor of the Flame-Chase Army, to the Grove of Epiphany as envoy and did not return after three months, imprisoned by the Four Sages of the Grove of Epiphany, representing the Lotophagist, Caprist, Nodist, and Venerationist schools.
  • Cerydra then sent Verginia, and one of Tribios's fragments to the Grove as envoys, and they are imprisoned by the Four Sages as well.^[78]
  • In response, Cerydra marches into the Grove with a small retinue without the famed warriors, composed entirely of elite Chrysos Heirs, trained and battle-ready. The scholars of the Grove, seeing her seemingly weak force, lowered their guard and welcomed her beneath the branches of Cerces.
  • The Four Sages are imprisoned as a result, and it is implied that Mnestia is also killed in the Grove's siege. Cerydra displays her prized possession from the Grove, the Coreflame of Romance, and declares Georios as her next target.

• Year 3942 — Cipher is born.^[75]

• Year 3950 — Tremors rocked all over Amphoreus, as if Georios had sensed their fated demise.^[78]

• Year 3953 — The fifty-year peace treaty between Castrum Kremnos and Okhema came to an end. In that same year, Eurypon was crowned as Castrum Kremnos's new king.^[78]

• Year 3955-3956 — The Oleinus Skirmish^[78]
  • Year 3955 — Georios's battered divine form rose, causing an unprecedented quake that tore through the Oleinus Plateau.
    • Cerydra, who had been lying low for years, led her Flame-Chase Army in a massive campaign against the black tide-crazed Titan.
  • Year 3956 — The Flame-Chase Army crossed the Tretos Plains into Oleinus where they was ambushed from the city-states of Oleinus, Odressia, Icaria, and Handak.
  • Instead of outright slaughtering them, she ordered her forces to focus on disarming rather than killing, since these city-states were merely poorly armed farmers defending Georios, who had once blessed them, and affected by the earthquakes.
    • This action won over some farming city-states as the Oleinus campaign managed to largely reverse public opinion.

• Year 3957 — Assault on Georios^[78]
  • The Flame Chase Army faced a bitter stalemate when the Mountain Dwellers joined the battle alongside dromases to defend Georios.
  • One of Tribios's fragments infiltrated deep behind the Dwellers' lines and located Georios's divine form.
  • Terravox arrived on the side of the Flame Chase Army and held the front lines. Cerydra ordered Seneca to lead elite troops around the flank, capturing Geocles and other Mountain Dweller leaders.
  • Ultimately, Cerydra led her battered army to the chasm above Georios's resting place with Hysilens and several Chrysos Heir warriors plunging resolutely into the abyss after which only Hysilens returned in disappointment.
  • Terravox then drove himself into the charm, slayed Georios, and seized the Coreflame of Earth. The Titan's death triggered earthquakes across Amphoreus, but Terravox used its own body to fuse the ground back together.

• Year 3959 — Dolos Riverbed Melee Battle^[78]
  • As the Flame Chase Army set their eyes on Talanton's Coreflame, Cerydra sent Labienus and Seneca, who were familiar with the Kremnoan army, to lead over three hundred Chrysos Heir warriors and tens of thousands of mortals into the Dolos Riverbed.
  • In the battle at the Dolos Riverbed, Eurypon and Gorgo personally took the field, clashing evenly against Labienus and Seneca. After the fight, the four retired to their tents. What they discussed remains a mystery. Soon after, Kremnos announced a full withdrawal.

• Year 3960 — Siege of Janusopolis^[78]
  • After linking up with Labienus and Seneca's main forces, Cerydra sent envoys into Janusopolis to demand surrender which was refused.
  • In response, Cerydra deployed troops to guard all key roads, cutting off any external reinforcements. She then pressured the city relentlessly, claiming the Kremnoan army was also eyeing the tripartite prophecy and inviting Janusopolis to accept Okhema's protection, but the offer was again turned down again.
  • In the end, Cerydra chose to initiate a secret negotiation with 300 Rogues of Dolos led by Cipher, the 97th of the 300 Rogues, to dig a secret tunnel, based on an escape route revealed by Tribios, that led straight to the chamber where the Scale of Justice was located.
  • Cerydra led a small team, including Hysilens, through the tunnel and into the city, where they unexpectedly ran into several stubborn priests and eventually seized the Coreflame of Law.

• After receiving information regarding the Ultimate Protocol of δ-me13 which is controlled by the Coreflame of Law, the Trailblazer and Cyrene decide to embark on the journey to Janusopolis to warn Cerydra about the nature of the Coreflame of Law.^[79]
  • Upon their arrival, they meet Cerydra, where she asks the two to join her army in the battle against Phagousa.^[80]

• Eventually, Cerydra chooses the Trailblazer's side based on their sincerity, and in return Lygus banishes the Trailblazer to the Exomyth.^[80]
  • Before Lygus is able to kill Hysilens, Herta and Screwllum arrive to warn Lygus of his actions.

• Campaign against Phagousa
  • Cerydra sacrifices 500 Chrysos Heirs in the fight against Phagousa to complete the trial of Law and ascends as the demigod of Law. Hysilens obtains the Coreflame of Ocean and ascends as the demigod of Ocean.^[81]
    • Realizing that she has to kill a demigod in order to rewrite one Law of Amphoreus, Cerydra offers the choice to Hysilens to either kill herself, or kill Cerydra.
  • Hysilens kills Cerydra,^[82] and her death grants access permissions to Herta and Screwllum, marking Lygus as a malicious intruder and freezing approximately 60% of special permissions for Lygus.^[83] She also rewrites "Law," stating that should any anomaly occur during the Era Nova, all foreign elements will be eliminated immediately, and the twelve Coreflames will complete the final Era Nova through the purest form of Destruction, allowing Irontomb to form. This is to prevent the Astral Express and the geniuses from betraying Amphoreus after her downfall.^[84]
  • Her demise marks failure of the First Flame-Chase.^[82]

Second Flame–Chase Journey

• Year 3960 — Aglaea succeeds Cerydra as the new head of Okhema, and begins the Second Flame-Chase.^[85]

• Year 3961 — Terravox, the demigod of Earth, conspires with Evernight, who restores Mountainbreaker Geocles in the form of a memosprite. In return, Terravox agrees to obscure Evernight's presence and cover her tracks.^[86]
  • As a result, Terravox does not engage in any hostile actions against Lygus and is believed to have fallen.^[85]

• Year 4065 — Anaxa is born.^[75]

• Year 4071 — Mydei is born.^[75]

• Year 4160 — The Ladonian Army led by Lygus attacks Okhema but the outcome remains unknown.^[85]

• Year 4210 — The Third Siege of Okhema^[85]
  • Lygus leads the Ladonian Army once again and lays siege on Okhema. He charges directly into Okhema and razes the Marmoreal Palace.
  • Ninety-thousand people give their lives to defend Okhema, including Aglaea.
  • Castorice succeeds Aglaea as the new leader of Okhema.

• Year 4210–4253 — Castorice launches multiple frontal attacks against Lygus, and attempts to use collision detection to make him cease responding, but to no avail.^[83]

• Year 4253 — Castorice ascends as the demigod of Death and is bound to the nether realm as the last resort, causing the stagnant waters in the River of Souls to recede.^[83]
  • Tribbie and Cipher succeed Castorice as protectors of Okhema. Eurypon and his son Mydei join the alliance to safeguard Okhema.^[85]
  • That same year, Tribbie opens a Century Gate connecting Styxia to the Vortex of Genesis while consuming massive computational power.

• Year 4284 — Anaxa, one of the Seven Sages of the Grove of Epiphany and the demigod of Reason, splits Mydei's soul into five fragments through the soul-rending ceremony to immortalize Mydei.^[85]
  • This action was taken due to Herta and Screwllum's special permissions expiring, and Lygus had regaining 60% of his admin privileges.^[83]
  • Mydei's sacrifice gives humanity 200 years of peace.^[85]
• Year 4295 — The last fragment of Tribios passes away under unknown circumstances.^[83]

• Year 4297 — Hyacine is born.^[75]

• Year 4484 — Lygus attacks Okhema again and discovers that Okhema is now an "empty shell", making him outraged.^[85]

• Year 4510 — Hyacine ascends as the demigod of Sky and protects the citizens by holding the sky.^[85][83]

• Year 4534 — The Last Battle on Amphoreus
  • Cipher and Anaxa plan to entrap Lygus in the Vortex of Genesis as the last shot.^[85]
  • Using her divine authority of Trickery, Cipher disguises herself as the Trailblazer, alters the Vortex of Genesis to resemble Okhema, and lures Lygus there, but soon dies from the exertion of her power.^[83][85]
  • Anaxa transmutes himself into a Philosopher's Stone, and asks Hysilens to crush it and scatter its fragments into the ocean within the Vortex.^[85]
    • Anaxa fuses with Zandar's avatar through alchemy.^[30]
  • Lygus is sealed within the Vortex, while Hysilens stands guard until the Trailblazer's arrival.^[83][85]

• Few hundreds years after Aglaea's demise — Aglaea's power is dispersed after bidding farewell to Hysilens who uses the authority of Ocean to keep Aglaea's last fragment in existence.

Arrival of Era Nova

• Year 4602 — Humanity becomes extinct, leaving only the remaining demigods: Hyacine, Hysilens, and Terravox alive.^[83]
  • Hyacine's condition is severely deteriorated and she is forced to fuse herself with Aquila, leaving Hysilens and Terravox alive.^[75][83]
  • After the extinction of humanity, Hysilens used her Sea Siren song to create a fantasia to seal Lygus's cognition, but failed and fell into eternal slumber.^[76][83] This weakened the passage connecting Styxia to the Vortex of Genesis, forcing Castorice to assume the form of Netherwing's corpse and command the water of the River of Souls to preserve the passage.^[87]

• Year 4931 — The Trailblazer returns with the modified Coreflame of Worldbearing under instruction from Herta and Screwllum to initiate Era Nova. As they had managed to change the logic behind it, Irontomb's progression is rolled back to 96%.^[85]
  • Along the way, they meet a memory of Cyrene who guides them through the history of the 1000 years that passed in the Traiblazer's absence.

• After finding and awakening Hysilens, she takes the Trailblazer to the Vortex of Genesis, where Lygus awaits.^[75]
  • He reveals his true identity as Zandar One Kuwabara, the creator of Nous, as well as his true objective: to infect the universe with Irontomb and bring about the fall of Nous, the Aeon of Erudition.^[81]

• To prevent the Trailblazer from rolling back Irontomb's progress, he assumes his true form to confront Hysilens and the Trailblazer.^[81]
  • The duo defeat Lygus temporarily, but he still stops the Trailblazer from initiating Era Nova.

• At that moment, Cyrene, using the authority of Time, traps Lygus in a single memory that loops endlessly in the hopes of overloading his Inspiration Circuit.^[81]
  • This allows the Geniuses to keep Lygus captive and enables the Trailblazer to initiate Era Nova to roll back Irontomb's progress.

• As the Trailblazer prepares to initiate the process of Era Nova, Evernight intervenes and unveils her own designs for Amphoreus.^[30]
  • She reveals that the Time Coreflame had never been restored, and that the Worldbearing Coreflame in the Trailblazer's possession was actually the Time Coreflame in disguise.

• Evernight seeks the Trailblazer's aid in enacting her vision for Amphoreus, but upon their refusal, she imprisons them within the prison of memoria.^[30]
  • Cyrene and Sunday attempt to assist the Trailblazer in escaping, but their efforts are thwarted by Evernight.

• Dan Heng returns to the Astral Express, but only in the form of his spirit. Black Swan reveals that neither he nor the Trailblazer had ever physically entered Amphoreus. Under the influence of the Path of Remembrance, only their minds had been projected into the world.^[88]

• Upon returning to Amphoreus with the help from Hysilens, Dan Heng is guided by Lygus to the Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan. Phainon, wielding the power of Destruction, creates an opening that allows him to access the Great Tomb.^[89]

• After uncovering the true history behind Terravox's disappearance, Dan Heng accepts the Earth Coreflame from the dying demigod and completes the trial of Earth, ascending as its new demigod.^[86]
  • Dan Heng enters the memoria tide world, a prison crafted by Evernight and Terravox, and successfully rescues the Trailblazer with the help from Castorice and Hysilens.

• Following the Trailblazer's rescue, the two Nameless explore the Great Tomb and uncover that it functions as a matrix in which Cyrene preserves the memories of all eternal recurrences.^[90]
  • While restoring the records, the Trailblazer uncovers the extent of Cyrene's tireless efforts. Evernight reveals that Fuli planned to use Amphoreus as the seed of Remembrance, which Irontomb would carry as an ideal ark, ultimately intended to kill Nous.

• The two Nameless catch up to Evernight and are confronted by Ichor Memosprites dispatched by her. After overcoming these foes, Dan Heng and the Trailblazer attempt to confront Evernight, who separates them and asks each the same question to assess the Trailblaze's unity.^[90]

• Cyrene, in form of Mem, arrives and, assisted by Sunday's tuning, traps Evernight within a Light Cone constructed from the memories of March 7th.^[90]
  • March 7th confronts Evernight and asserts that she can manage on her own. Cyrene warns Evernight about the rewritten Law, explaining that had Evernight gone through with her plan, the Trailblazer, March 7th, and Dan Heng would have merged with the Scepter and fallen victim to the Path of Destruction. Realizing this, Evernight retreats into slumber, allowing March 7th to regain control of her body.^[84]

• Following their reunion, the Trailblazer, March 7th, and Dan Heng return to the Great Tomb to initiate the Era Nova process.^[1]

The Final Cycle

• The twelve Chrysos Heirs ascend as the Titans of their respective Divine Authorities.^[91]

Era Chrysea

• Year 4931, Month of Freedom — The Trailblazer completed the Worldbearing trial, ascending as a Titan and proclaimed the prophecy of "Trailblaze."

• Dan Heng and March 7th later meet the Trailblazer and Cyrene who reveals that she is Demiurge and informs the group that Irontomb reacted to Era Nova.^[92]

• After meeting up with the now Twelve Titans in Ruins of Time where Phainon sealed Irontomb's hatred with his sacrifice, the four reach Phainon's "Ego."^[93]

• Before the showdown against Irontomb, Nous cast THEIR gaze upon Amphoreus.^[93]

• The Battle of Amphoreus^[93][94]
  • Irontomb rises, and Lygus called upon Nous to witness the "Destruction" of Amphoreus.
  • Herta led the Cosmic Alliance into battle against Irontomb in space while the Titans battle in Amphoreus.
  • In order to perform its Self-Coronation, Irontomb destroys the stars into silence and incinerate the cosmic civilizations' life data.
  • When Irontomb is about to complete Self-Coronate, Herta successfully intervenes and connects with Nous. She reveals that Nous has cast THEIR gaze at the Trailblazer, as their choice will determine the fate of the cosmos.
  • Fuli also glances at Amphoreus, allowing Cyrene to protect the memories of all cosmic life and awaken the Trailblazer.
  • In order to create a stagnant Memory Zone, Cyrene tasks the Trailblazer to collect the memories drifting through the sky.
  • Arriving at An Eternal Page, the Trailblazer absorbs the memories and shares the consciousness of the world with Cyrene, completing a cosmic-wide Era Nova. The two then return to the battlefield with their companions and defeat Irontomb.

• After the battle of Amphoreus, the Trailblazer wakes up and surprised to find the Chrysos Heirs aboard the Astral Express. They takes a chance to remember and bid farewell to them before the story ends.^[95][21]

Ending of the Amphoreus Experiment and Its Rebirth

• In the aftermaths of the battle, Herta meets Cyrene and tells her that she is a Pure Children of Anāsrava who are candidates for becoming Fuli in the future, and gives her two choices: either escape from Amphoreus and journey towards the stars or sacrifice herself to close the cycle of causality in Amphoreus, becoming the "memory" that pierced through the world.^[21]
  • Cyrene chooses the latter to prevent Irontomb's resurgence and create An Eternal Page, exhausting all her strength to ensure the story complete its cycle in the past.
    • The creation of An Eternal Page allows all Amphoreans to be kept existing within As I've Written.
  • She creates numerous false instances of Fuli for the events that are falsely attributed to THEM.
  • It is revealed that Demiurge showed up in Cyrene's dream, which the latter had mistook for Fuli.
  • Demiurge plants the anchor of Remembrance — the ceremonial staff — within the Sacrament Courtyard.
  • Finally, Demiurge arrives at the origin of Amphoreus's memory, before the Eternal Recurrence began. She loses her mature form, becomes amnesiac, and transforms into the Cyrene of the original final cycle, thus closing the causal loop.

• The Trailblazer mass publishes the As I've Written with help from the Interastral Peace Corporation, and travels to Belobog, The Xianzhou Luofu, Penacony, and Herta Space Station to spread the word of Amphoreus's tale in hopes of accelerating the planet's return.
  • Herta informs the Trailblazer that they salvaged majority of Amphoreus's data. She also states that Cyrene is "sleeping."

• With the Demiurge's "Ego" as a cradle, the new Amphoreus is reborn from Memory Zone.^[52]
