A few days ago, Changsheng and I made a trip back to Chenyu Vale and happened upon a tea tree that I had planted in my youth, now fully grown and thick with leaves.

The year I left the Vale, it was yet so small that I could have held it in the palm of my hand... Truly, it is astounding how swiftly time flies.

The leaves were tender and ripe for the picking, so we availed ourselves of the opportunity to gather quite a few. In Liyue tea culture, there is the expression "first harvest" — it signifies that the newest tea is reserved for the most important of guests. Should you have some time to spare, why don't you come down to Bubu Pharmacy and try some for yourself?

Ahaha... Sorry about that — as you can see, Changsheng has grown quite adept at writing with her tail. While her account isn't wrong, allow me to append it with a second opinion.

With spring turning to summer, it's normal for fatigue to set in. Even Gui has fallen ill from delivering medicines, leaving Bubu Pharmacy busier than usual. I believe fortifying herbal teas can help improve one's health, hence my post-consultation efforts to refine the ingredients. Fortunately, after a few days of testing, the flavor and efficacy of the tea are now balanced. I've enclosed both the recipe and the ingredients in this letter. Feel free to brew a cup when time permits.

Lately, a curious trend has taken hold in the streets, with people extolling the virtues of all sorts of "miracle tonics." Even those who have rarely set foot in Bubu Pharmacy have come to inquire about so-called "elixirs of longevity."

While it is always good to keep an eye on your health, I do not recommend the use of unnecessary medications.

Seeking remedies when one is not ill can easily disrupt the body's workings instead.

After much thought, I decided to write these "patients" a rather special "prescription" instead:

"Anger depresses the liver and gall, and worry burdens the spleen and stomach. Obsession gives rise to illness, while a calm mind lightens the entire body."

As for the "special ingredient," one might say it can be freely taken, and yet it is also worth a veritable fortune. It is a state of mind, one of serenity and ease and in harmony with nature.

You travel far and wide, and are bound to encounter moments that weigh on the heart and mind. I hope this prescription proves to be of some help to you as well.
