Frankly speaking, I don't want to celebrate a birthday, and I have no interest in the socializing that accompanies it "in the traditional sense." Therefore, few people know of this day. If you only regard this day as a slightly special day, to get a drink and have a meal with someone you haven't seen for a long time... I think I can still accept it. Here are some flowers. Lora, or what's her name from the flower shop said this flower is the best-seller lately. ...At least it looks interesting, and it can spin. Beautiful things can give people a different mood. It doesn't match me, but if it's in your hands, I guess it will be different. Anyway, come see me again at dawn. | |

To be clear, although you may know what day it is, I am writing simply to say hello with no special considerations. Every day in life is important and deserves to be cherished in their own right. You don't have to wait until your birthday to celebrate. You can celebrate every day if you want. So, it's not a bad thing to treat my birthday as just another day. As long as you're happy, that's good enough. Anyway, I'm going to the tavern for a drink later. These days, there are a bunch of cocky guys that say they'll pick up the tab if I can beat them at Genius Invocation TCG. Sounds like a bargain. | |

It truly is rare that I have nothing to do all day. No need to hide from anyone, nobody chasing after me to go pray... I never thought that I'd get such special treatment on a day that really isn't special at all. Yet even when I sit in a tavern in broad daylight, I can't help but feel a bit bored seeing nothing but empty chairs. So after giving it a bit of thought, I finally decided to write letters to invite a few friends over. After all, there's a discount on drinks for larger groups, so let's make the most of this opportunity and down a few extra glasses. Its up to you if you want to come or not. It's not like I'm one of those on-duty Sisters always running around forcing people to do things. | |

Dahlia didn't send the sisters to chase me down for morning prayer today. Knowing him, I'd say this was his idea of a birthday gift. And honestly, it's just what I needed. But a quiet birthday alone? That's hardly perfect. Mondstadt has many famed wines and the best flavors don't always come from the tavern. Take Springvale, for example. Some hunters there uncork their private winter brews when the frost sets in. I can understand the sentiment: after a long, shadowed wait, crouched in the cold, a few sips of something strong are a well-earned reward, catch or no catch. Oh, and their roasted meat? Not bad at all. So, what do you say? Care to grace me with your company and share some tales of your heroics? To you — I'll drink to that. | |

Unfortunately, today happened to be one of the busiest workdays... During morning prayers, Victoria told us that the Cardinal would be returning to Mondstadt soon and urged us to give it our all. She put it in a way as if there were ever a day I hadn't given it my all... Anyway, Barbara seemed to get fired up, dragging me and Dahlia around to arrange tables and chairs, clean the Cathedral windows, and she even said she wanted to write a new hymn... Not surprising though, considering the Cardinal is Barbara's... Never mind, I won't get into that. I'm finally free now. If you have time, come find me at the Tavern. Let's have a drink to celebrate my birthday. Maybe Dahlia will come too. It would be great if we could all celebrate together. | |

| Looks like there's an event happening at the Cathedral today. Judging by the crowd around it, this place is a lot quieter. Just leaning on the balcony, feeling the breeze, and taking in the view... It's much better than squishing into a crowd. My work for today is done. If anyone at the Cathedral sent you to dump extra tasks on me through you, tell them they'll have to wait until tomorrow. Not a work commission? Heh. If the plan's to get me to celebrate a birthday, just say so. |
