I've put a few more hours in these last two days to finish all the work I might have in the near future.

Since it's my birthday, I'll show you around Liyue Harbor.

The night markets here are full of places to go. Between the shops that sell artisan handicrafts and those who hawk little gadgets and trinkets, even a light stroll is well worth your time.

I'll change into more ordinary clothes, and disguise myself a little, so I don't get recognized by the citizenry.

That way, we can spend some leisure time shopping together — just the two of us.

I've been up to my neck in work lately, and before I knew it, it was my birthday again. It was only then that I also realized that it's been a long time since we last met up. How have things been lately? You're always so busy with your travels, never stopping, not even for a moment.

I suppose we're alike like that — always seizing the day. It's good to live to the fullest. Time waits for no one, but the fruits of our labor, the growth we experience... These are worthy harvests that will see us through in the days ahead.

But of course, rest is also paramount. I have enclosed some flowers and plants that I usually make tea with. They dispel heatiness and help to relieve fatigue. Take care of yourself out there. We'll catch up when you're back in Liyue.

I didn't plan to organize something big for my birthday this year, yet my friends have already prepared a banquet for me in secret.

I can hardly refuse their passionate offer, and it's a rare opportunity to chat with people in a relaxing atmosphere. They've also asked me if I have any wishes. Well, I can't think of anything at the moment. After all, it's always been my motto to "act without hesitation and leave no regrets behind."

That's why I thought of you. A birthday without you would be such a regret. That's why I'm writing this brief invitation on short notice. I do hope you can show up. I look forward to meeting you at the banquet.

While I was out on a stroll recently, I happened to overhear my colleagues talking about giving me a gift. Out of curiosity, I stopped to listen for a while... They seemed unable to decide what style of accessory to go for. Whenever one of them chose something, someone else always suggested something else instead, and so it went on...

I didn't want to be the cause of such trouble for them. When it comes down to it, gifts are just an expression of our friendship. I'd be happy with whatever they got me. I wanted to get closer with my colleagues and thank them for being so considerate, so I've invited everyone out to have dinner together.

Will you come too? If you're free after the meal, I'd like to go for a walk with you as well.

In previous years, my enthusiastic relatives often arranged grand celebrations for my birthday. If I ever hinted at declining, they would be quick to say the reservations had long been made, and it would be too troublesome to change.

This year, I no longer wish for them to go to such lengths on my behalf. I've decided on a different approach: I can prepare the meal myself and invite everyone to a gathering at my home.

I've carefully planned out all the details, such as when to shop for which ingredients as well as in what order to prepare each dish. I've created a meticulous list to ensure everything about this family banquet is in place.

However, turning ideas into reality came with its own unforeseen challenges. Though I had accounted for some extra portions to prevent any shortfall during the process, I ended up making far more than anticipated.

So... Would you mind helping yourself to more food?

Another year, another birthday. I'd planned to do what I did last year — prepare a proper meal myself and gather with my friends to celebrate.

But as it turns out, a member of the survey team had a family emergency and had to rush home, so I took over his work to let him return without worry.

Juggling multiple tasks is nothing new to me, but it does mean I won't be making it back to Liyue Harbor on time. The ingredients I'd ordered will have to be handed off to a neighbor instead.

Still, my teammates surprised me today with what they called a "birthday cake."

A closer look revealed it was made of mashed potatoes and carrots, shaped like a cake, with a few grilled Tiger Fish stuck on top in place of candles.
