Guoba was causing a bit of a ruckus early this morning. It took me some time watching his gesticulations to realize that he wants you to come and celebrate my birthday with me! And you know what? I was just looking for you too! I caught some fish in the harbor today. They weren't the prettiest, but they were super fatty. So I gave cooking them a go, and they tasted divine! Why don't you try some? Here, have some whole fish, too — just in case you wanna have at them yourself! I'm sure you'll figure out what to do. Actually, hmm... What shall we do after dinner... You know what? How about you decide? We've got all day. We can grab some food, bring Guoba along, and go anywhere you want! | |

The other day, I left for a trip to a distant land. In the rainforest southwest of Minlin, I found a Forest Boar with mushrooms on its back. Hehe, I captured it, and that's what we call "two ingredients with one stone"! Seeing how the combination of meat and fungi could play up the freshness, my mind was immediately filled with so many cooking recipes and spice choices! Sauté, deep-fry, stir-fry, stew... Aw, my stomach was growling at the thought! In the end, Guoba and I managed to find a pot nearby and enjoyed a big meal. I saved quite some ingredients. So, would you like to give my new dish a try? I managed to get my hands on some Bulle Fruit recently, and I've been trying to work them into some new recipes... But the initial reviews from customers haven't been great. Not only do most people not like meat and fruit cooked together, but they also aren't used to Wanmin Restaurant serving hot dishes that taste sweet... And I worked so hard to find the perfect ratio, too! Still, it's okay! What's important is for everyone to enjoy the food, not for them to eat what I recommend. You'll stop by for a bite too, won't you? Guoba already helped light the fire, so we can sit around the table and have a nice chat. After all, grilled Bulle Fruit is absolutely delicious, and best enjoyed hot! | |

I've been all over Liyue these past few years, looking for new ingredients to take the spice to the next level. But... maybe I went a little overboard?
