Aaru Village	The largest human settlement in the desert, Aaru Village houses the followers and descendants of King Deshret, as well as exiled scholars from the Akademiya.
Abdju Pit	Prior to Lost in the Sands, the pit is absent and it is named Abdju Road.
Dar al-Shifa	Dar al-Shifa, now abandoned, used to be a hospital that specialized in treating patients with Eleazar.^[1] Old hospital notes found at the site also suggest that one doctor was using the patients as test subjects for dangerous experimental treatments.
Khaj-Nisut	Prior to The Secret of Al-Ahmar, it is named Eye of the Sands. The ruins that contain King Deshret's throne room are revealed upon completing the three trials in the World Quest Dreams Beneath the Searing Sand.

Temple of Silence (Instance)

Temple of Silence is the base of an organization of the same name. It is unlocked during the Quest Footprints Sunken Beneath the Sands in Cyno's Story Quest, Lupus Aureus Chapter: Act II - Oathkeeper, after which the entrance will automatically reveal itself when the player is nearby.

Thamud Oasis

Thamud Oasis is where Saleh, the Electrum City of Warriors, used to be.
