Glupov (Russian: Глупов Glupov) is a subarea located in Everfrozen Earth, Snezhnaya.
It is a satellite city within Snezhnograd and serves as the headquarters of the Fatui.[1]
Glupov's present Mayor is the Fifth of the Fatui Harbingers, "The Rooster," Pulcinella.[1]

On the fourth year of the 799th Cycle, the Tsaritsa commanded the Fatui to build a new fortress near Snezhnograd. It would be named Glupov, meaning "the city of fools."[2]
