    Kurikara is a Judgement-class Honkai Beast[3] who is reanimated from Benares's corpse with the power of the Herrscher of Thunder.[1] Kurikara takes on the role of Raiden Mei's personal Flying Wyvern Honkai Beast.

    Appearance

    Kurikara is Flying Wyvern Honkai Beast. Kurikara has a deep red and black scales to reflect the will of her new master.[1] Alongside this, her horns and the edges of her wings are golden. Her features show to be distinctly sharper after her reanimation.

    Story

    After Benares died saving Raiden Mei from a Husk Nihilus, the soul within it passed on. As the Herrscher of Thunder, Mei used her authority to reanimate the corpse[1] and named it Kurikara.

    Powers and Abilities

    As the Herrscher of Thunder's familiar, Kurikara if not summoned will become a small thunder ball circling around Raiden Mei. After being summoned, Kurikara is shown to be a very powerful Flying Wyvern. During combat it's shown that she can also manipulate thunder, a notable example is how Kurikara is capable of breathing out thunder during gameplay with the Herrscher of Thunder and against her in Chapter XVII.

    Personality

    As an reanimated empty shell without a soul. Kurikara never shows any emotions through the game. She only ever shows loyalty to Raiden Mei-albeit only in her Herrscher of Thunder form.

    Trivia

    • In a conversation Raven had with Eden, Raven revealed she asked Mei if she could ride Kurikara before, but Mei had declined the request.[4]
