Vita/Sa

Sa is the last survivor of Venus, a planet that was destroyed during battle against Honkai millions of years ago. She possesses god-like powers thanks to her connection with Sea of Quanta.
She tries her utmost to leave the Solar System and recreate the Venusian civilization somewhere where it'd be safe from Honkai. In the pursuit of her goal, she has brought destruction to multiple civilizations, including the "trial" civilizations she fostered.
She remains mostly stationary, opting to utilize others to do her bidding with Vita being her most well-known drudge.
Appearance
Sa's original human form was an adult-presenting woman of average height. She has long, greyish brown hair with her bangs partially covering her eyes. She has magenta-colored eyes with yellow pupils. Her elegant clothing takes inspiration from peacocks.[citation needed]
At an unknown time, Sa possessed the Eyes of Bodhi. Her appearance remained the same, albeit different colors. Her eyes turned dark and her pupils changed to purple. Her long, greyish hair turned into a pale blonde. Her green colored outfit changed into purple.
When using her omniscient powers, Sa appeared as a narrator who narrated in red text.
Story
Vita was a doctor in Purusha. At some unknown point in time, monsters started appearing on Purusha, which Vita and the Purushians called the "Abyss". The Purushians then established an organization called Oasis to fight the Abyss and started experimenting and developing weapons in the "Colonial Satellite Research and Observation Center" with Vita being the director. Sometime later, Vita found a miraculous discovery which used resources from the Sea of Quanta to fight against the Abyss. She was congratulated and praised by her peers. After using the discovery, a new Star Gnawer-class Abyssal species appeared on Purusha, rendering the technology useless. Not losing hope, Vita asked her peers to prepare the Soul system, which needed access of every life on the planet to use it. Unfortunately, Tyler, Norton, and some other scientists died while using the Soul system.
Because of this failure, Vita was demoted by Dr. Marah. Vita explained that The Abyss already infected the Soul system, laughing after much of her effort against the Abyss was futile. She yelled at Marah, proclaiming she would pay any price to survive against the Abyss. Marah then suggested abandoning the planet, which Vita disagreed with. Vita instead suggested releasing the Soul system efficiency restriction, which would flood Purusha with the power of the Sea of Quanta. Marah went against the idea as it risked being uncontrollable, but Vita went ahead with the idea because the Abyss could not use the power. Marah then called Vita mad for gambling with the fate of the planet, while Vita called it the best idea she had as Purusha had fallen too far.[2]
At Starrock Era 199, disasters plagued Purusha, with volcanoes erupting and tsunami rupturing the land. After surviving the disasters, Vita woke up and scouted everywhere she knew for survivors—the research center, shelter, city ruins, and even the lonely wilderness, but to no avail. After spending a long time not finding a single living human or creature, Vita watched the ruins of her planet, crying and laughing.[2]
Personality
Vita is a strong-willed and very dutiful person. She was willing to do anything for the sake of fighting against the Abyss, even if the plan was doing harm than good. Her love for her planet showed when she refused to abandon the planet for her safety. Vita cared greatly for her planet's people, shown through her attempt to find any survivors after disasters struck, and transferring the consciousness of her people from Soul system into machines as a last resort.
After abandoning her humanity and former name, Vita became Sa. Sa has now become an arrogant being with a strong desire for power, and cares only about implanting rules and hiding from the Cocoon of Finality. Despite this, she still wishes to rebuild the Purusha civilization.
Powers and Abilities
Authority of Sa
A power Sa acquired from the Sea of Quanta, allowing her to become an omniscient being capable of erasing people and their names from existence, reading minds and narrating people's stories, as well as creating a clone of her original human form as her servant.
Sa's Rules
Sa roots herself into worlds just like the Cocoon does and manipulates said world's laws. But the only law she adds is wishes, where common wishes are granted in such a way that they lead to the Bubble World's destruction. This is because Sa understands human nature greatly and she know they will eventually follow her will unknowingly and destroy themselves.
Under the rules there is a root called "Sprout of Wishing."
Command Proxy
Sa created proxies to help with her own goal—the destruction of Bubble Worlds for the sake of Honkai energy. These proxies lack freedom as they sleep, wake up and act as Sa commands. At some point in time, Sa made a Proxy for herself with her original look and personality.
