Herrscher of Thunder is the 3rd Herrscher of the Previous Era. She[3] is capable of power over lightning[1] and bending electricity.[4]

Appearance

The Herrscher of Thunder's physical form never directly appears in the story, but her meteors during her Honkai Eruption are shown to have a purple, blue, and black glow.

Story

Three years before the Herrscher of Death's appearance, the Herrscher of Thunder descended upon Nagazora, producing the Third Honkai Eruption of the Previous Era[5] and the Judgement-class Honkai Beast Śeṣa.[1] Sapphire and East Asia were also affected by the Eruption, with Sapphire being nearly entirely destroyed and East Asia having no survivors.[6] Her core was eventually used to make the 3rd Divine Key, Key of Sanction.[2]

Personality

According to Elysia, the Herrscher of Thunder was no more than an empty shell without a soul upon descent.[3]
