Seele Vollerei/Story

Seele Vollerei is an orphaned girl who became Bronya Zaychik's closest friend at Cocolia's Orphanage.
Appearance
Seele has a short and slim build similar to Bronya's with short black hair fading to blue cut in a bob and deep blue eyes.
Story
Seele Vollerei was born in the Republic of Estonia.[2] In early life, she lost both her parents and was then raised in Cocolia's Orphanage alongside some other orphans, including Bronya and Sin Mal.
Azure Waters
Seele had the least potential to be chosen for Cocolia's experiment. However, after finding out about the X-10 Experiment, she revealed her true stigma to Cocolia at the last minute, allowing her to take Bronya's place in the experiment. Seele's left the laboratory in the Deep Sea and rushed to the orphanage in order to see Bronya again. In the end, she only had time to pass her hair accessories to Bronya. She did this in order to protect Bronya, but, after it ended in failure and her disappearance into the Sea of Quanta, ultimately leads to Bronya participating in the experiment in hopes of finding her. Seele, at the quantum level, didn't want Bronya to disappear with herself in this way, so she gave the power of "Rebuild" to Bronya in the form of a Remodeled Bunny 19C and returned it to the real world. She continued to stay for the moment awaiting the fulfillment of the agreement in the Sea of Quanta.
Lone Observer
For a long period of time after the Violet Sea Story chapter, Seele was trapped alone in the closed space of the Sea of Quanta. In order to confirm her existence, and also to hope for herself, Seele began to write a diary, and recorded in a blue-appearance book, buckled with a butterfly-shaped locker, to record the things she had experienced.[7]
Chapter XI
The "Serpent" appeared in Chapter XI and Seele was rescued, "he" promised to send Seele back to the real world, with the condition is to find the Herrscher Core of Reason and lift the barrier between reality and Sea of Quanta. Seele knew that she was used by the "Serpent", but in order to leave the Sea of Quanta, Seele was willing to be used.
Chapter XXIII
Seele is adjusting to her new life as a Valkyrie in Anti-Entropy's Salt Lake City base. Even though Seele is capable enough to fight, using her powers however, wore her down quickly. Trying to be more independent, Seele exhausted herself during a training drill despite the other Seele's insistence to switch places. During lunch, Bronya told Seele about Kiana's situation with the Herrscher of the Void and asked Seele to spend time with Kiana to cheer her up. This relationship development was not taken well by "Seele", viewing Kiana as a competition for Seele's affection. Her mood was further soured when Seele mentioned that their situation is similar to Kiana's, which "Seele" immediately responded defensively, thinking that she was being compared with Herrscher of the Void.
Personality
Although undergoing much more growth after the events in the Sea of Quanta, Seele is still a rather timid young girl. She, however, has grown to adopt a strong enough will to protect others and do the right thing, even if the task of doing so may daunt her. Seele is incredibly kind and compassionate, choosing means that sympathize over outright violence against her opponents, which is a far cry from her alter ego, "Seele."
After the six month time-skip, she has shown to be much more mature and level-headed, noted by Susannah Manatt as dependable and brave. She's also much more assertive in voicing her opinions, albeit still speaking politely to the people she meets even to her enemies. Becoming more self-aware of her capabilities, she has become more confident in herself. Seele had no problem taking Vita head-on and proceeded to tell her opponent that she can fight for as long as the situation permits. Despite it all, Seele is still the kind, friendly, and gentle girl that the people around her love.
In Part 2, Seele was briefly shown sternly scolding Coralie 6626 Planck and Erdős Helia reminding their role as Valkyries, further cementing her status as an established senior. According to Coralie, Seele is "everyone's parent" and that even Bronya doesn't dare to go against Seele when the latter is angry.

- Seele wrote everything she could in the diary: past memories, her longing for her best friend Bronya, and her wishes, no matter how impossible they may seem. She kept writing and writing, even if no one would ever read them. She was afraid that the Sea of Quanta will consume her sense of self as well.
