Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau is a subarea located in Paha Isle, Nod-Krai.
The lower levels of the Design Bureau contain normal enemies. During the events of World Quest The Shoemaker's Children Go Barefoot in Series East of the Moon, West of the Sun, the player will unlock the upper areas of the bureau. Apart from the area where Raskolnikov is fought, all other areas with enemies will utilize an alarm system in which once combat starts, a 20-second countdown timer will initiate. If this timer is allowed to expire before the current enemies are defeated, additional enemies will spawn in. All of the enemies in the upper levels of the bureau, apart from Raskolnikov, will not award Mora, experience and materials.
