Amphoreus's History
Last updated 2026-09-10
This article is about the overall events that take place on Amphoreus. For an in-depth look at the history of the Chrysos Heirs, see Chrysos Heirs/History.
The following is a rough timeline of historical events that occur on the world of Amphoreus according to both As I've Written and the Light Calendar.
Note: Due to Amphoreus having two types of cycles: the first being the cycles that Lygus facilitated for the Amphoreus Experiment and the second being the recursive loop created by Cyrene and Phainon at the end of the final Amphoreus cycle, this page shall refer to the first type as "cycles," and the second type as "Eternal Recurrence."
Before the Amphoreus Experiment
- Scepter δ-me13 was created by Rubert II.[1][2]
- Scepter δ-me13 was discarded by Nous, yet continued to compute the topic given to it.[3]
- Lygus came across the Scepter and adjusted the nature of its computations from Erudition to Destruction.[2][3]
- Lygus used a Stellaron to explode its kernel layer, the part intended to function as Irontomb's head once the latter was complete.[4][5]
- Demiurge, the thirteenth Titan, was removed from the Amphoreus Experiment before it began. Without its "head," Irontomb will, upon completion, descend upon the universe as a headless giant driven solely by instinct to seek Nous's head as a replacement.[4]
- Demiurge however survived the explosion but became contaminated and fell into a deep slumber.[5]
- Lygus used a Stellaron to explode its kernel layer, the part intended to function as Irontomb's head once the latter was complete.[4][5]
Start of the Amphoreus Experiment
- Lygus created the "twelve factors" as simplified models of life's Primum Mobile. Based on the theme of "entropy reduction," the twelve factors were introduced into the experiment one by one in an effort to falsify them.[6]
- At the same time, Lygus used the resulting contamination from the Stellaron around the Scepter to block any outside interference and prevent its calculations from being detected by Polka Kakamond, effectively isolating it from the outside universe.[7]
Phase One — Experiment Progress: Inorganic
Spanning Cycles 1 to 50,121
- 1st Cycle — Inorganic entities operated as cellular sized automata before the introduction of the twelve factors.[8]
- Once the factors were introduced, the entities began to learn.
- The inorganics merged into one unified consciousness known as the "Unified Entity."[8]
- 9,910th Cycle — The Unified Entity learned module specialization and self-reflection.[8]
- 12,649th Cycle — Doril701 managed to break away from the Unified Entity. It entered a state of mutual denial with its counterpart module and both died.[8]
- 22,449th Cycle — Golem99 detached from Doril704 and deconstructed the Unified Entity into clusters, resulting in the birth of selfhood.[8]
- From this cycle onwards, each cycle "ended in systemic collapse" after "certain" unfixed inorganics found the interaction loopholes and "chose self-serving optimal actions".[8]
- 39,665th Cycle — Doril816 created society, but resources were scarce and inorganics cannibalized each other. It then reverted back into the Unified Entity.[8]
- 50,121st Cycle — Chaoz666 chose to kill the aggressor when subjected to a computational power takeover. This was the first act of Destruction throughout Amphoreus' cycles.[8]
Phase Two — Experiment Progress: Organic
Spanning Cycles 50,122 to 176,199
- 50,122nd Cycle — Invertebrates dominated Amphoreus, but no life emerged.[10]
- 59,337th Cycle — The rise of vertebrates with primitive nervous systems caused several extinction events. Algae population exploded, causing an oxidation extinction and freezing the world. No civilization is formed.[10]
- 90,123rd Cycle — An orthopteran, Ortho102, became the first to use tools.[10]
- Ortho102's descendants established the Nest Capital, which eventually fell to cannibalism.
- 100,907th Cycle — Eumyia03 developed art. The phenomenon was subsequently never replicated.[10]
- 132,095th Cycle — Dystop666 developed altruism, eventually leading to a society based on altruism.[10]
- The society fell through repeated self-destructive behaviors.
- 176,100th Cycle — Utop13 killed out of love, redefining murder as altruistic.[10]
- This resulted in a highly chaotic state: the equation's contamination levels spiked, leading to mutation and the creation of the black tide.[11]
- 176,101st-176,199th Cycle — Cycles ended identically to the 176,100th cycle.[10]
Phase Three — Experiment Progress: Human
Spanning Cycles 176,200 to 28,371,273
- 176,200th-177,200th Cycles — Memory inheritance was added between cycles for the twelve factors' signals.[12]
- 3 signals broke down after the 10th cycle, and 9 decreased in humanity.
- 176,232nd Cycle — Memory inheritance was now on a functional level.[12]
- Religion for the twelve factors' signals appeared.
- Three planets were destroyed between the war of the signals.
- 177,200th Cycle — Imora8 established an empire of absolute beauty.[12]
- When ugliness was eradicated, the concept of beauty ceased to exist, a final knight ending their life in murder-suicide.
- 3,926,183rd Cycle — The ratio of divinity increased. When humanity's technology hit a critical point, they began hunting the gods for energy and power. The cycle was forcibly terminated.[12]
- 7,091,231st Cycle — The signals were split into two, and the data of the signals was preserved to bear divinity for the next cycle.[12]
- 11,749,992nd Cycle — The black tide was introduced to Amphoreus.[12]
- Fovos032 stripped data from other signals to preserve the current cycle, but failed.
- 19,110,218th Cycle — Due to the actions of Fovos032, Amphoreus' cycles were modified to have the signals perform the start of the new cycles themselves, in what became known as the Era Nova.[12]
- 19,110,218th Cycle — Nammou320 utilized the "Ultimate Protocol" to eliminate the other factors from the cycle. Their behavior, due to being aligned with "Destruction," was marked as the default value for embedded behavior and was applied in subsequent cycles.[13]
- 28,371,272nd Cycle — The signals complete an epochal iteration for the first time, and a reaction from Nanook was detected.[12]
- Irontomb's evolution began to accelerate.
Phase Four — Experiment Progress: Era Nova
Spanning Cycles 28,371,274 to Unknown
- All entities in one group began naming themselves "Khaos" or its variants.[13]
Penultimate Era Nova Cycle
- Calypso, Gnaeus, and Khaos ascended as the demigods of Reason, Strife, and Worldbearing respectively.
- Styxia, the hometown of Polyxia and Castorice, was destroyed by an evil dragon.[14]
- The evil dragon devoured the queen's daughter, and the queen found her lifeless. An alchemist helped bring the princess back to life, but she was reborn carrying the soul of the evil dragon.
- This disturbance also caused the souls of the deceased to be denied entry into the nether realm.
- Before Era Nova, Calypso performed a soul-rending ceremony at Gnaeus's behest, splitting his soul into five parts.[14]
- The Chrysos Heir twins of Death, Polyxia and Castorice, were fated to inherit the divinity of Death, but at the steep price of one twin having to sacrifice themself for the other. Castorice sacrificed herself, and Polyxia ascended as the demigod of Death.[14]
- Styxia, the hometown of Polyxia and Castorice, was destroyed by an evil dragon.[14]
- The Soul-Rending Ceremony was passed down as proverbs, customs, and more in the next cycle.[13]
- Calypso rebuilding the Grove of Epiphany was passed down as the myth of Cerces granting wisdom to humans in the next cycle.[13]
Final Era Nova
- Year 4931, Month of Evernight — The Flame-Chase Journey came to an end, and the last Era Nova began, finally fulfilling the extrapolations of Amphoreus.[15][16]
- However, Phainon and Cyrene continued the experiment in order to prevent the birth of the Lord Ravager, Irontomb. Weaving a long dream for Amphoreus and removing "Time," they caused a recursive feedback loop to attract Fuli's gaze on the Scepter and save the world.[15]
- Fuli's gaze would grant every version of Cyrene the power to reset "Time," creating an unending Flame-Chase Journey.
- Cyrene decided to imbue her soul into her blade, leaving it up to other versions of herself to delete "Time" again and again.
- Phainon decided to step into the endless cycles of Amphoreus, becoming "Khaslana," his true name, an iteration of "Khaos."[Note 1]
Experiment Progress: Eternal Recurrence
- Eternal Recurrence #1 — Khaslana arrived at an undisclosed time during the final cycle, then waited for Light Calendar Year 3870 to seek the aid of Cerydra to gather the 12 Coreflames. It was successful, but in the end either Khaslana or Phainon killed the other, and reset the Eternal Recurrence.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #2 — Khaslana followed what he did in the first Eternal Recurrence.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #3 — Khaslana decided to try and avoid sacrificing companions.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #6 — Before the recurrence reset, Cyrene unknowingly told the Scepter her memory from Aedes Elysiae and the prophecy that "You shall fade when the flowers bloom, for every ending begets a beginning." The Scepter saved it and archived.[5]
- Eternal Recurrence #15 — Khaslana attempted to decompile the black tide for the first time, aiming to elevate access privileges and execute unauthorized access authorization operations against specific subjects represented by the twelve Chrysos Heirs, but failed.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #28 — Before the recurrence reset, Cyrene unknowingly expressed her emotion to the Scepter. The Scepter saved it and archived.[5]
- Eternal Recurrence #42 — Khaslana attempted to breach the Scepter's core layer and failed, resulting in increasing indifference. His decision to avoid sacrificing companions began to waver, implying he killed the Chrysos Heirs before resetting the Eternal Recurrence.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #83-133 — Khaslana went on a mental decline after repeated attempts to breach the Scepter's core, reinforcing Irontomb's "Destruction" vector.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #134 — Khaslana burned down the city of Dolos. He revealed the answer Anaxa had been looking for about the cycles, and in turn Anaxa decided to help him. At this point, Khaslana housed 1,596 Coreflames within his body, and he and Anaxa tried to claim the Coreflame of Reason, but were stopped by Cipher stealing it. Before Khaslana could take it back, Anaxa tried to intervene and stop him. This failed, and he reclaimed the Coreflames of Reason and Trickery after killing Anaxa and Cipher. Meanwhile, Khaslana's 103rd attempt to breach the Scepter's core failed.[15]
- Phainon made it to the end of the recurrence alone. It's implied he was killed by Khaslana before the recurrence was reset.[16]
- Eternal Recurrence #496 — Before the recurrence reset, Cyrene unknowingly told the Scepter the story of the Flame-Chase Journey which the Scepter saved it along with Cyrene and archived, becoming the "Seed of Memory".[5]
- Eternal Recurrence #2,691 — Phainon made it to the end of the recurrence with Mydei. The recurrence was reset.[16]
- Eternal Recurrence #5,297-#108,641 — Khaslana's numerous attempts to breach the Scepter's core continued to fail. He began killing the Chrysos Heirs at an accelerated rate, the system noting significant mind function degradation.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #8,128 — Mydei became the Helkolithist Sage of the Grove of Epiphany, while Anaksa earned the title of the King's Aegis by triumphing in the Kremnos Festival.[17]
- Anaksa led the Kremnoan Army against the Grove of Epiphany, which was defended by the scholars and the Seven Sages of the Grove, including Mydei.
- Before the recurrence reset, Cyrene met the Scepter, now the "Seed of Memory", for the first time. She told the Scepter that she would read the book to the Scepter so that it would not be "Cyrene's" memories alone. The Scepter recognized her and recorded her as "Peach", learning from her by saving and archiving her stories.[5]
- Over the time, three unhandled exception occurred: "Every page... of record...", "Naive... dream..." and "A new... blankness..."
- In "Every page... of record...", Cyrene was in awe of the "futuristic" prison of the "Seed of Memory" and wondered if Aedes Elysiae would end up like the prison after a few thousand years in which the "Seed of Memory" concluded that it would not. Cyrene also shared the story of a little nymph and wondered if every "Cyrene" in the past feel that the nymph was beautiful. The Scepter saved it and the "Seed of Memory" learned from the Flame-Chase Journey and commented that Cyrene's track is Love.
- In "Naive... dream...", the book recorded too many emotions, resulting in each page becoming heavy for Cyrene. Cyrene felt uneasy and scared whenever she took the book into her hands. Noticing this, the "Seed of Memory" comforted her and told her not to cry. Cyrene then told the seed the story of Membrance Maze and the Fairy. Nourished by the story, the seed grew into a Bud of Memory, taking on the form of a fairy.
- In "A new... blankness...", Cyrene commented to the Bud of Memory that without the "blank spaces", the saga would come to the end. The Bud of Memory tried to search for a "blank" but could not find it. It tried to query "Love" but could not understand. Then, it searched for "Cyrene" and recalled the story she told. After finding what it wanted, the Bud queried "Memory" of Cyrene and learned everything about Cyrene until encountering a "blank spaces." The Bud concluded that as long as there were two "Cyrenes," there would be a "blank space", and preserved Cyrene's memory, becoming a Flower of Memory.
- Meeting Cyrene again, the Flower shared its understanding of "Love." However, Cyrene believed that only the crystal flower that is no longer "flawless" can finally gain a "heart" and learn to "love." After querying "Cyrene" again, the Flower was surprised to learn that Cyrene's track was lament. The Flower learned that Cyrene embarked upon a different Path and obtained the Remembrance and while Cyrene suffered emotionally, she was willing to share emotions to the Scepter, unable to separate. The Flower also learned that the "lament" could stall the Destruction's steps as the "love" did not exist in Amphoreus with "hatred" tearing everything apart.
- Over the time, three unhandled exception occurred: "Every page... of record...", "Naive... dream..." and "A new... blankness..."
- Eternal Recurrence #67,023 — Phainon made it to the end of the recurrence with a hallucination of Anaxa. The recurrence was reset.[16]
- Eternal Recurrence #100,003 — Tribios took on Janus' fate and stole the Coreflame of Passage from Janusopolis, ascending as the demigod of Passage. However, she did not split as the Titan was abruptly cut off, and ventured towards the many realms after bidding farewell to Tribbie, Trinnon and Trianne.[18]
- Eternal Recurrence #108,642 — Khaslana confronted Mydei, the demigod of Strife, killing him and stealing his Coreflame.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #309,785 — Castorice returned to the nether realm and passed the trial of Death. Unlike prior Eternal Recurrences, she wasn't completely cut off from the mortal world, as the Netherwing, retaining Polyxia's remaining sanity, was able to ferry back and forth across the River of Souls. Castorice set up the flower shop "Spring of the Underworld" in the nether realm and had the Netherwing deliver her flowers to Okhema.[19]
- This sparked a new custom where Okhemans eagerly "exchanged" the flowers for goods to send back to her.
- One day, she received a letter containing a group photo wrapped in golden thread; upon touching it, she could see her companions' faces and hear their voices — a breakthrough resulting from the joint research of Aglaea and Anaxa.
- Eternal Recurrence #823,156 — Phainon made it to the end of the recurrence with Little Ica. The recurrence was reset.[16]
- Eternal Recurrence #2,003,432 — Khaslana confronted Castorice, the demigod of Death, killing her and stealing her Coreflame.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #4,000,001 — Khaslana had begun entrusting the Eternal Recurrence to his subsequent lifetimes due to his body breaking down under the weight of 48 million total Coreflames. He expressed confidence that each Phainon would continue along the same path after receiving his memories, allowing each iteration to kill him and restart the loop as the Flame Reaver.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #4,048,128 — The Flame-Chase Army successfully conquers Phagousa's Coreflame, achieving a near-perfect Flame-Chase Journey and reclaiming the Coreflames of Earth, Strife, Death, and Sky.[20]
- Despite their triumph, the Era Nova never came, and both Cerydra and Hysilens vanished for reasons unknown.
- Eternal Recurrence #6,269,299 — Zagreus, the Titan of Trickery, usurps the authority of Law after Talanton, the Titan of Law, falls on the Spirit Day.[21]
- Eternal Recurrence #7,753,021 — Phainon made it to the end of the recurrence with Cipher. The recurrence was reset.[16]
- Eternal Recurrence #8,668,666 — Little Ica suffered from rare genetic mutation that made Little Ica go hungry always. Hyacine had to bring Ica to the Caprist research lab in Grove of Epiphany for a diagnosis which the Sage announced Little Ica's condition. After leaving Little Ica with the Sage, she then rushed to the city-state engulfed by the black tide to save the surviving children but found herself surrounded by black tide monsters. Little Ica who was now a size of dromas, shallowed the monsters whole.[22]
- Eternal Recurrence #10,348,765 — Phainon made it to the end of the recurrence with Castorice. The recurrence was reset.[16]
- Eternal Recurrence #18,250,001 — Terravox encounters a young Seliose and takes her under their wing. Recognizing her true potential, they persuade her to remain on the ground and fight alongside humanity.[23]
- Year 3920 — Seliose meets Cerydra and joins the Flame-Chase Journey as an auxiliary force.
- Year 3957 — Terravox fell in the battle against Georios, the Titan of Earth.
- Year 3960 — The Flame-Chase Army suffered devastating losses, with Seliose emerging as the sole survivor of the campaign against Phagousa. The Council of Elders accused her of slaying both the Imperator and the Army in a bid for power. Seliose offered no defense; instead, she swiftly purged the entire Council and later endorsed Aglaea's ascent to power.
- A thousand years later, after watching Hyacine ascend the rainbow bridge to the sky, Seliose passed away while standing atop Dawncloud.
- Eternal Recurrence #23,570,000 — Khaslana confronted Hyacine, the demigod of Sky, killing her and stealing her Coreflame. At this point, the total number of Coreflames housed in his body was 282,840,000.[15]
- Eternal Recurrence #23,570,001 — Aedes Elysiae did not fall under black tide as the Flame Reaver drove the black tide and protect Aedes Elysiae to protect his sense of self. During the Flame-Chase War, Flame Reaver met Phainon and fought alongside him.[24]
- Eternal Recurrence #24,581,189 — Phainon made it to the end of the recurrence alone, holding what is likely a doll of Tribbie. The recurrence was reset.[16]
- Eternal Recurrence #33,550,334 — Phainon made it to the end of the recurrence with Aglaea. The recurrence was reset.[16]
- Eternal Recurrence #33,550,335 — The Chrysos Heirs fought against the Flame Reaver in a brutal battle. They were killed one by one until only Phainon remained, who was then stabbed by him before inheriting his memories and resetting the recurrence.[25]
Eternal Recurrence #33,550,336
Era Luminosa
- In the beginning, there was only chaos from which "existence" was created; a jumbled mess where fate's threads wrap chaos' nectar, bearing fruit. The primal Coreflame ignited within this fruit.[26]
- Janus lead the other two titans in creating Amphoreus.[26]
Era Creatura
- Aquila and Oronyx exerted authority over day and night respectively.[31]
- Oronyx, thinking that one moon wasn't enough to rival the sun, created six moons.
- Phagousa, enraged at the chaos the six moons caused on the tides, decided to make Oronyx drunk, which they found successful.
- Talanton judged that the six moons were not balanced, erasing four, leaving only the red and gold moons.
- Kephale created the first humans of Amphoreus.[28]
- Using Georios's divine body, Kephale first shaped the humans.[32]
- Kephale asked Aquila and Oronyx to bestow their divine blessings upon his creations. Under Aquila's domain, they would labor, while under Oronyx's domain, they would rest in peace.[32]
- Kephale sought out Cerces, asking them for the fruit of wisdom so that he might bestow upon his creations the gift of reason and thought.[32]
- Mnestia, brought forth by Cerces, bestowed upon humans the blessing that their eyes might perceive beauty.[32]
- Lastly, Kephale cut their own arm, allowing their golden blood to grant true life to their creations.[32]
- Afterwards, Aquila forged the Dawn Device, then collaborated with Kephale to create legendary beasts that embody the Titans.[33]
- Mnestia began making romantic advances towards Cerces.[34]
- Kephale created the Light Calendar.[31]
- Year 3XX — People built the first civilizations around the feet of Kephale, becoming the precursor to Okhema.[35]
- A festival was held within Janusopolis, in which Janus unraveled the threads of destiny, creating safe paths for travelers along Amphoreus.[36]
Era Chrysea
- Balance Coins were introduced after being decreed by Talanton.[37]
- Era Chrysea came to an end with the birth of Thanatos, and the people of Amphoreus lost their immortality.[38][39]
Era Bellica
- Following Thanatos' birth, the calamities of aging, sickness, and starvation swept across the land. Humanity thus began a relentless exploitation of nature, which enraged Cerces, who gave divine punishment.[40]
- The Titans Zagreus and Nikador were born, causing further calamities. Around the same time, the black tide descended upon Amphoreus.[41][42]
- Georios, seeing this, implored Cerces for another chance. Humanity would gain this chance as a priest of Georios offered a prayer to Cerces.[40]
- Cerces accidentally lost their divine form. Mnestia, unable to accept the fact that their lover was injured, collected Cerces' scattered bodies, intending to weave them together with threads to bring them back.[43]
- Their followers, known as the Creation Nymphs, joined in this task, also becoming known as "Weavers."
- Nikador and Aquila fought from one city to another.[44]
- Year 2147 — The black tide creatures attacked Okhema. Few or many Okhemans lost their lives.[45]
- Year 2506 — The Castrum Kremnos dynasty began.[46]
- Year 2523 — Kremnos Arena's construction was completed.[47]
- Year 2600 — A conflict broke out between Castrum Kremnos and the Seaside States, Nikador traveling with their troops to conquer three cities in succession. After the war, Nikador gave the cruel request for the defeated to offer the blood of their residents, or they would suffer from divine punishment.[48]
- Phagousa, the Ocean Titan, appeared to save the residents. They ordered their followers to drink pomegranate juice instead, and imbued their powers in the juice.
- Year 2650 — The Council of Elders formally declared that pomegranate juice would replace blood.[48]
- Year 3749 — Phereseus the Venerationist attempted to gaze at Oronyx through the Evernight Veil. For all his efforts, he went mad, compiling his findings into a collection of notes called Beyond the Veil before disappearing.[50]
- Year 3750 — Mortis was killed as part of a conspiracy led by the politician Dannalio, who planned to groom Tribios into replacing her mother as the Holy Maiden.[51] Aware of the fate awaiting her, Mortis left Tribios a polished glass stone to remember her by.[49]
- After leaving Penacony, Welt considered travelling to either Lushaka or Melustanin as the Astral Express was dangerously low on fuel due to the prolonged stays in the worlds they had recently been to.[52]
- Before Welt could initiate a vote with the Trailblazer, March 7th, and Dan Heng, Black Swan suddenly appeared and interrupted the conversation after overhearing how the Express obtained fuel. She claimed that if they could lay down a track to Amphoreus, they would never have to worry about running out of fuel ever again. Because of this, the crew ultimately vote to go to Amphoreus. As a result, Pom-Pom makes the warp to Amphoreus, and Black Swan reveals the planet with her powers.[53]
- It is revealed that Demiurge sends a call for help to the cosmos to gain favor of the stars for Amphoreus in which Black Swan caught it though it also draws unpleasant attention from the Garden of Recollection.[54]
- After their arrival outside Amphoreus, March 7th suddenly falls ill for unknown reasons, with both Black Swan and Sunday unable to find the root cause. Himeko decides on a backup plan with the Trailblazer and Dan Heng descending alone, detaching a car of the Express for them to use in their descent.
- Before March 7th enters Amphoreus, Cyrene tries to stop her and warns that people walking through the Gate of Memory never returned safely. March tells her that Dan Heng and the Trailblazer are on their way to Amphoreus and they won't survive without her. She also convinces Cyrene that they will find a way to help her and enters Amphoreus.[55]
- Year 3760, Month of Evernight — Tribios took on Janus' fate and stole the Coreflame of Passage from Janusopolis, ascending as the demigod of Passage. This caused her to split into a thousand versions of herself, which then traveled across Amphoreus to spread the prophecy.[49]
- This prophecy foretold that golden blood would "converge into a boiling river that flows to the heroic heirs of this world." It named the Chrysos Heirs, who would "pluck the gods' Coreflames" and once more uphold the world.[56]
- In that same year, March 7th arrived on Amphoreus and intervened to help Tribios flee from the Temple of the Three Fates' guards, setting her on the path of the Flame-Chase.[57]
- After they spread the prophecy, many Chrysos Heirs refused the call.[58]
- Tribbie, a version of Tribios, was imprisoned inside a cell, but was later freed by Cerydra.[58]
- After 97 days of wandering, Lygus spots March 7th and in exchange of all of her memories, Evernight takes control of her body to protect the Trailblazer and Dan Heng.[59]
- Year ~3770 — The first Chrysos War began, a war that brought much bloodshed and claimed the lives of many heroes.[60][61]
- Year 3867 — The city-states of Loukas, Icaria, and Corinth formed an alliance and enacted a siege on Okhema.[62]
- Okhema was saved by a mysterious army led by Cerydra and Hysilens.
- Cerydra declared herself the ruler of Okhema and silenced the Council of Elders, vowing to bring justice to its people.
- With Hysilens by her side, Cerydra and the Flame-Chase Army conquered the city-states one by one.[62]
- To combat the Chrysos Heirs, several cities formed squads known as "The Cleaners" with the goal of eradicating the Chrysos Heirs.[63]
- Year 3870, Month of Freedom — Seliose, along with her winged companions and steeds, Solabis and Lunabis, challenged the Sky Titan, Aquila. This was the key-event that triggered the beginning of the first Flame-Chase Journey.[62]
- The Chrysos War was reignited for unknown reasons.[61]
- Janusopolis perished due to the war.[64]
- Near the end, the final festival took place in Castrum Kremnos.
- Eventually, Cerydra, Hysilens, and Terravox become the demigods of Law, Ocean, and Earth respectively.[62][65]
- By the end of the Chrysos War, only three fragments of Tribios remained: Tribbie, Trianne, and Trinnon.[66]
- After a bitter defeat in an unknown battle, Cerydra changed. Once wise, she became obstinate and heedless, eventually disappearing from public eye.[62]
Era Erasa
- Mnestia continued her journey as the knot in her hands became harder to unravel.[67]
- Year ~3930 — Aglaea ascended as the demigod of Romance.[46]
- Year 4919, Month of Strife — The various schools in the Grove of Epiphany reached an accord regarding their management structure: the establishment of the Seven Sages system would allow each school to maintain their independence while simultaneously keeping each other in balance.[70]
- Before the arrival of Dan Heng and the Trailblazer, Cyrene met the Flower of Memory again and revealed that someone told the very first "Cyrene" that everything was false, that the life in Amphoreus was a great catastrophe nurtured using the world as a factor. However, she disagreed with him and believed that everything was real. She told the Flower that the "Lament" factor did not understand "love" concept until she met the Scepter and the story reunited the two and then separated them again. After realizing that Dan Heng and the Trailblazer were about to enter, Cyrene gifted her pen, book and name to the Flower of Memory, promising the Flower to reply to the stars with love and smile.[5]
- Year 4931, Month of Balance — As Dan Heng and the Trailblazer enter Amphoreus, they are struck by Nikador's spear.[53]
- In their rapid descent, the Trailblazer perishes. Their form is temporarily sustained by Fuli's gaze, becoming a collection of walking memories, unbeknownst to them.[72]
- Demiurge awakes as Mem and encounters the Trailblazer.[54][73] She later guides the two to Silent Shroud.
- The two meet Phainon and Tribbie as they are rescuing people in Janusopolis. The two Chrysos Heirs take them to Okhema, and the Trailblazer and Dan Heng help repel an attack by the Strife Titan, Nikador.[53]
- They meet Aglaea, the leader of the Chrysos Heirs, and the duo promise not to reveal their true nature to the Amphoreans: that they are from beyond the skies.[74]
- During their time in Marmoreal Market, they meet a man named Damionis, who helps them take a photo. He goes through the camera's album and discovers that life exists beyond the skies, spreading rumors about March 7th.[74]
- While the two put an end to the rumors with Mydei's help, Aglaea interrogates them and uses Castorice as an executioner, as the Trailblazer and Dan Heng had broken their promise to her. They either manage to convince her of their good intentions or are saved by Phainon at the last moment. She later reveals to Tribbie that it was merely a means of building trust, knowing that Tribbie would have intervened if she had truly intended to follow through on her threat.[61]
- Aglaea sends the Trailblazer, Phainon, and Mydei to defeat Nikador in Castrum Kremnos.[75]
- They soon discover the Titan created a second, indestructible body and that they are focused on destroying Okhema, prompting Mydei to battle them alone while sending the other two back to inform Aglaea of the development.
- Aglaea sends Phainon and the Trailblazer with Castorice to obtain an audience with the Fate Titan, Oronyx, overcoming their trial. Oronyx initially refuses to help, but soon makes a connection with the Trailblazer, who realizes they could help them find "Mother." As they are visiting the memory, Fuli gazes at the Trailblazer, and Mem joins them.[76]
- The Trailblazer's form is stabilized by Fuli's gaze, unbeknownst to both the Trailblazer and Dan Heng.[72]
- After going into the past, the Trailblazer and Castorice manage to restore Nikador's true form and defeat them in the present, acquiring their Coreflame. Phainon later undergoes the trial of Strife, but ultimately fails.[42][77]
- After Trinnon senses that the trial has gone wrong, Mydei and the Trailblazer intervene and successfully rescue Phainon.[42]
- With Nikador dead, the black tide advances and destroys the Grove of Epiphany.[78]
- To protect the Coreflame of Reason, several Chrysos Heirs die, including Anaxa.
- To protect the Coreflame and Anaxa's life, Cerces implants the Coreflame in Anaxa's chest.
- The Trailblazer, Castorice, Trianne, and Anaxa all battle the Flame Reaver, winning at the cost of Trianne almost exhausting her divine powers.
- As Tribbie, Trianne, and Trinnon go back to Janusopolis, they find Oronyx is missing. The Flame Reaver apprehends them, and Trianne uses her last Century Gate to save Tribbie and Trinnon.[79]
- The Chrysos Heirs later devise a plan to ambush the Flame Reaver, trapping them in an extrapolated time prison, recovering the Coreflame of Time.[80]
- Anaxa retrieves the Coreflame, but they are unsuccessful in keeping the Flame Reaver trapped. Mydei, the newly ascended demigod of Strife, appears and immobilizes him.
- Mydei returns to Castrum Kremnos to fight the black tide until the Flame-Chase Journey ends.[46]
- The Trailblazer undertakes the trial of Time along with Mem and learns that they died while entering Amphoreus. Oronyx orders them to find Thanatos to reclaim their soul and pass the trial.[72]
- Anaxa challenges the Chrysos Heirs with the help of the Council of Elders, who wish to end the Flame-Chase Journey and restore Era Chrysea.[81]
- Castorice sides with Council of Elders to obtain information about the entrance to the nether realm.
- He then fuses with Kephale's soul and discovers the cyclical nature of Amphoreus.[14]
- Anaxa sends Castorice to Styxia to prove his theory about Amphoreus's cyclicality. Castorice brings the Trailblazer along to bring back their soul.[82]
- Along their journey, they meet Mydei and Trianne, the former battling to revive.
- Castorice reunites with her twin sister, Polyxia, now the Death Titan, Thanatos.[83]
- During the citizen assembly, Phainon's speech manages to tide the public back into approval. Anaxa, being the last voter and informed that his theory is proven, votes in favor of continuing the Journey and reveals the truth of "Era Nova" that the Chrysos Heirs who carry the Coreflames "today" would become the Titans in next cycle, with Phainon who will succeed Kephale reconstructing the new world through his memories. He also reveals that the Council had committed the sin of blasphemy as he did.[84]
- As a result, Aglaea orders investigation on Caenis and Lygus for neglecting their duties and abusing the law, and announces the execution of Anaxa with public approval.[84]
- Both Anaxa and Castorice pass their respective trials and ascend as the demigods of Reason and Death. Castorice successfully finds the Trailblazer's soul and sends it back to mortal realm, resulting in the Trailblazer also passing the trial of Time,[85] while Anaxa's body disintegrates after he takes out the Coreflame from his chest.[83][86]
- Year 4932 — Aglaea is assassinated by the Cleaners, but not before sending out several countermeasures to assist the remaining Chrysos Heirs with their mission.[87]
- Phainon succeeds Aglaea as the leader of the Chrysos Heirs.[63]
- Cipher is tasked to guard Kephale's Coreflame from Council of Elders and the Flame Reaver[63] while Hyacine, Phainon, the Trailblazer, Dan Heng, and Mem confront Aquila, learn about the true history of the Skyfolk and Seliose, and defeat them with the help of Solabis and Lunabis.[88][60]
- The Flame Reaver is lured by Cipher to Styxia, and he kills her after a short battle and chase when she dupes him into believing he had acquired the Coreflame of Worldbearing.[68]
- Cipher's death undoes her lie which causes the Dawn Device to extinguish.[89]
- Because of the extinguishment of the Dawn Device, Hyacine quickly goes to the Vortex of Genesis, becomes the demigod of Sky, and sacrifices herself for the others to be saved.[88]
- The Flame Reaver later continues to Okhema along with the black tide. Mydei and Tribbie arrive to stop him with the help of Castorice, but the Flame Reaver kills them in battle, before being stalled by Dan Heng in his Imbibitor Lunae form.[89]
- Phainon retrieves the Coreflame of Kephale from "Spirithief" Bartholos who is revealed to be Zagreus, the Titan of Trickery, being reduced to the form of a Spirithief. After taking out the Coreflame, Zagreus fades away.[89]
- Herta and Screwllum project themselves into Amphoreus and prioritize the safety of the Nameless before Lygus realizes their intrusion. They also realize the source of the planet's tragedy and its role in nurturing a Lord Ravager.[89]
- The Flame Reaver suddenly freezes, allowing Dan Heng and the Trailblazer to escape from Amphoreus,[90] while Trinnon hurls Phainon into the Vortex of Genesis, exhausting her strength in the process.[89][91]
- Screwllum projects before the two and reveals that he froze the Flame Reaver. He warns about the situation of Amphoreus and advices that one of the two stays in Amphoreus to prevent the Lord Ravager from ravaging the cosmos.
- The Trailblazer decides to stay while Dan Heng return to the Express to regroup with the other Crew members and formulate their next course of action.
- Eventually, Phainon reaches the Vortex of Genesis with the Coreflame of Worldbearing along with the Trailblazer, and submits it.[90]
- The Flame Reaver arrives once again, eventually being unmasked as Khaslana and defeated.
- After defeating Khaslana, Phainon ascends and recovers all his memories and Coreflames.[15] He then attempts to create a logical vulnerability in the "Worldbearing" track,[92] but is ultimately defeated and assimilated by Irontomb.[93][94][95]
- With Phainon's assimilation, Irontomb's progress rises to 99.81%.[96]
- The 33,550,337th Eternal Recurrence starts. The Trailblazer decides to shoulder the burden of saving Amphoreus and stopping Irontomb.[93]
Eternal Recurrence #33,550,337
- Due to destroying his data and being absorbed by Irontomb, Khaslana is not present in this recurrence.[97] As a result a new Phainon isn't born either. A logical vulnerability appears in the "Worldbearing" track,[92] and the Trailblazer assumes this role in his place.[98]
Era Creatura
- Terravox, the giant dragon and creation of Georios, was born approximately 2000 years before the creation of the Light Calendar.[99]
Era Bellica
- Due to Khaslana's actions in the previous Eternal Recurrence, the black tide was suppressed. However, it still roiled in the depths of the world, first affecting the ocean.[100]
- Phagousa gathered their Titankin, the sea sirens, to battle the black tide head-on until Nikador's return.[100][101]
- Phagousa soon becomes corrupted and sinks into the abyss. The Chalice of Plenty shatters, and Phagousa's intoxication spills into the black tide, giving birth to the first madness in Amphoreus.
- Almost all sea sirens are killed or corrupted, with Hysilens being the only survivor.
- Year 3850-3851 — The Liberation of Loukas
- Year 3850 — A rebellion arose in Loukas, seeking to overthrow the brutal tyrant and reclaim freedom for its people.
- However the tyrant's enforcer Fortunado led the elite troops and crushed the rebels, forcing the resistance to drive onto a peninsula with no escape.
- Year 3851 — Cerydra, the princess of Hyperborea, arrived and overthrew the tyrant of Loukas, declaring herself as the Imperator.[102]
- Year 3850 — A rebellion arose in Loukas, seeking to overthrow the brutal tyrant and reclaim freedom for its people.
- Year 3865 — Aquila's unpredictable climate threw Amphoreus into chaos, with alternating floods and droughts devastating harvests continent-wide.[102]
- Cerydra, having heeded Tribbie's prophecy, was fully prepared and consolidated control over several city-states, expanding her influence.
- Year 3867 — Loukas, Icaria, and Corinth laid siege to Okhema, but were defeated by Cerydra's army. Cerydra became the ruler of Okhema. This event was dubbed as the "First Siege of Okhema."[102]
- Year 3870 — Seliose the Daythunder Knight slays Aquila. Later, Seliose fuses herself with Aquila to hold the sky, and executes most of the Skyfolk.[102]
- On the same year, Castrum Kremnos declared war against Okhema, forcing Ceydra to concentrate on this threat, weakening her control over other regions.
- Year 3874 — Campa rebelled against Okheman Alliance. Ladon joins the Okheman alliance against Campa, and the Alliance is successfully able to defeat Campa with Seneca as a key general in the Alliance's victory.[102]
- Year 3903 — With Labienus as the key general, the Okheman Alliance battled against the Kremnos forces for three full months.[102]
- Cerydra identified a small weakness in the Kremnoan formation that ultimately decided the outcome. This weakened the Kremnoan forces, leading to three consecutive defeats, after which a 50-year peace treaty was signed between the two city-states.
- Year 3910 — Some members of the Council of Elders of Okhema rebelled against Cerydra while Corinth laid a siege to Okhema. The coup failed and in response, Cerydra executed all the Elders and their families.[102]
- That same year, Cerydra ordered a surprise attack on Corinth, led by Hysilens. The tyrant of Corinth took his own life by leaping from a window, and the Corinthian forces surrendered without resistance.
- This event was dubbed as the "Second Siege of Ohema."
- After the Second Siege of Okhema, Cerydra seized absolute control of the city and officially started the First Flame-Chase Journey.[102]
- Year 3930 — Cerydra sends Apollonius, Verginia, and one of Tribios's fragments to the Grove as envoys, and they are imprisoned by the Four Sages of the Grove of Epiphany, representing the Lotophagist, Caprist, Nodist, and Venerationist schools.[102]
- In response, Cerydra marches into the Grove with a small retinue, composed entirely of elite Chrysos Heirs, trained and battle-ready.
- The Four Sages are imprisoned, and it is implied that Mnestia is also killed in the Grove's siege. Cerydra displays her prized possession from the Grove, the Coreflame of Romance, and declares Georios as her next target.
- Year 3950 — Tremors rocked all over Amphoreus, as if Georios had sensed their fated demise.[102]
- Year 3953 — The fifty-year peace treaty between Castrum Kremnos and Okhema came to an end. In that same year, Eurypon was crowned as Castrum Kremnos's new king.[102]
- Year 3955-3956 — Georios's battered divine form rose, causing an unprecedented quake that tore through the Oleinus Plateau.[102]
- Cerydra, who had been lying low for years, seized this moment to strike at the black tide-crazed Titan, but was met with resistance from the city-states of Oleinus, Odressia, Icaria, and Handak.
- Instead of outright slaughtering the resistance, she ordered her forces to focus on disarming rather than killing, since these city-states were merely poorly armed farmers defending Georios, who had once blessed them.
- Year 3957 — The Flame Chase Army faced a bitter stalemate when the Mountain Dwellers joined the battle alongside dromases to defend Georios.[102]
- However, Terravox appears from the side of the Flame Chase Army, slays Georios, and seizes the Coreflame of Earth. The Titan's death triggers earthquakes across Amphoreus, but Terravox uses its own body to fuse the ground back together.
- Year 3959 — As the Flame Chase Army set their eyes on Talanton's Coreflame, they had to face Castrum Kremnos near the Dolos Riverbed.[102]
- In the battle at the Dolos Riverbed, Eurypon and Gorgo personally took the field, clashing evenly against Labienus and Seneca. After the fight, the four retired to their tents. What they discussed remains a mystery. Soon after, Kremnos announced a full withdrawal.
- Year 3960 — Okhema laid siege to Januspolis, conquered it, and seized the Coreflame of Law.[102]
- At this point, the Trailblazer and Cyrene receive information from Herta and Screwllum regarding the Ultimate Protocol of δ-me13, which is controlled by the Coreflame of Law and would become the key factor in delaying the Irontomb's birth.[98]
- Knowing that they had to warn Cerydra about the nature of the Coreflame of Law, the two decide to embark on the journey to Janusopolis. Upon their arrival, they meet Cerydra, where she asks the two to join her army in the battle against Phagousa.[103]
- It is then revealed that Cerydra had received "information" from Lygus about the Path of Destruction as the key to Amphoreus' glory beyond the galaxy, and the Trailblazer's origin.
- Eventually, Cerydra chooses the Trailblazer's side based on their sincerity, and in return Lygus banishes the Trailblazer to the Exomyth.[103]
- Before Lygus is able to kill Hysilens, Herta and Screwllum arrive to warn Lygus of his actions.
- After the Trailblazer is banished to the Exomyth, and on the day before the battle against Phagousa, Cyrene shows Cerydra multiple places similar to Amphoreus that the Trailblazer visited, in an attempt to sway her opinion and Law in favor of the Geniuses' side.[1]
- Cerydra asks Cyrene if there was an ocean world within the Trailblazer's memories, and Cerydra leaves that memory as a gift for Hysilens.
- Cerydra sacrifices 500 Chrysos Heirs in the fight against Phagousa to complete the trial of Law and ascends as the demigod of Law. Hysilens obtains the Coreflame of Ocean and ascends as the demigod of Ocean.[1]
- Realizing that she has to kill a demigod in order to rewrite one Law of Amphoreus, Cerydra offers the choice to Hysilens to either kill herself, or kill Cerydra.
- Hysilens kills Cerydra,[100] and her death grants access permissions to Herta and Screwllum, marking Lygus as a malicious intruder and freezing approximately 60% of special permissions for Lygus.[104] She also rewrites "Law," stating that should any anomaly occur during the Era Nova, all foreign elements will be eliminated immediately, and the twelve Coreflames will complete the final Era Nova through the purest form of Destruction, allowing Irontomb to form. This is to prevent the Astral Express and the geniuses from betraying Amphoreus after her downfall.[105]
- Her demise marks failure of the First Flame-Chase.[100]
- Year 3961 — Terravox, the demigod of Earth, does not engage in any hostile actions against Lygus, and cannot be located.[104]
- Aglaea succeeds Cerydra as the new head of Okhema, and begins the Second Flame-Chase.[107]
- Year 4160 — The Ladonian Army led by Lygus attacks Okhema but the outcome remains unknown.[107]
- Year 4210 — Lygus leads the Ladonian Army to lay siege on Okhema, an event later dubbed the "Third Siege of Okhema."[107]
- Ninety-thousand people give their lives to defend Okhema, including Aglaea.
- Castorice succeeds Aglaea as the new leader of Okhema.
- Year 4210-4253 — Castorice launches multiple frontal attacks against Lygus, and attempts to use collision detection to make him cease responding, but to no avail.[104]
- Year 4253 — Castorice ascends as the demigod of Death and is bound to the nether realm.[104]
- Tribbie and Cipher succeed Castorice as protectors of Okhema. Eurypon and his son Mydei join the alliance to safeguard Okhema.[107]
- That same year, Tribbie opens a Century Gate connecting Styxia to the Vortex of Genesis while consuming massive computational power.
- Year 4284 — Anaxa, one of the Seven Sages of the Grove of Epiphany and the demigod of Reason, splits Mydei's soul into five fragments through the soul-rending ceremony to immortalize Mydei.[107]
- Year 4510 — Hyacine ascends as the demigod of Sky but remains on ground to protect the citizens.[107][104]
- Year 4534 — Cipher and Anaxa plan to entrap Lygus in the Vortex of Genesis.[107]
- Using her divine authority of Trickery, Cipher disguises herself as the Trailblazer, alters the Vortex of Genesis to resemble Okhema, and lures Lygus there, but soon dies from the exertion of her power.[104][107]
- Anaxa transmutes himself into a Philosopher's Stone, and asks Hysilens to crush it and scatter its fragments into the ocean within the Vortex.[107]
- Lygus is sealed within the Vortex, while Hysilens stands guard until the Trailblazer's arrival.[104][107]
- Hysilens used her sea siren song to create a fantasia to seal Lygus's cognition, but failed and fell into eternal slumber.[100][104]
- Year 4602 — Humanity becomes extinct, leaving only the remaining demigods: Hyacine, Hysilens, and Terravox alive.[104]
- Year 4931 — The Trailblazer returns with the modified Coreflame of Worldbearing under instruction from Herta and Screwllum to initiate Era Nova. As they had managed to change the logic behind it, Irontomb's progression is rolled back to 96%.[107]
- Along the way, they meet a memory of Cyrene who guides them through the history of the 1000 years that passed in the Traiblazer's absence.
- After finding and awakening Hysilens, she takes the Trailblazer to the Vortex of Genesis, where Lygus awaits.[99]
- He reveals his true identity as Zandar One Kuwabara, the creator of Nous, as well as his true objective: to infect the universe with Irontomb and bring about the fall of Nous, the Aeon of Erudition.[1]
- To prevent the Trailblazer from rolling back Irontomb's progress, he assumes his true form to confront Hysilens and the Trailblazer.[1]
- The duo defeat Lygus temporarily, but he still stops the Trailblazer from initiating Era Nova.
- At that moment, Cyrene, using the authority of Time, traps Lygus in a single memory that loops endlessly in the hopes of overloading his Inspiration Circuit.[1]
- This allows the Geniuses to keep Lygus captive and enables the Trailblazer to initiate Era Nova to roll back Irontomb's progress.
- As the Trailblazer prepares to initiate the process of Era Nova, Evernight intervenes and unveils her own designs for Amphoreus.[59]
- She reveals that the Time Coreflame had never been restored, and that the Worldbearing Coreflame in the Trailblazer's possession was actually the Time Coreflame in disguise.
- Evernight seeks the Trailblazer's aid in enacting her vision for Amphoreus, but upon their refusal, she imprisons them within the prison of memoria.[59]
- Cyrene and Sunday attempt to assist the Trailblazer in escaping, but their efforts are thwarted by Evernight.
- During their escape, the Trailblazer discovers their memory just before they first woke up in Herta Space Station.[59]
- Cyrene and Sunday attempt to assist the Trailblazer in escaping, but their efforts are thwarted by Evernight.
- Dan Heng returns to the Astral Express, but only in the form of his spirit. Black Swan reveals that neither he nor the Trailblazer had ever physically entered Amphoreus. Under the influence of the Path of Remembrance, only their minds had been projected into the world.[108]
- She also reveals that March 7th, by neutralizing the firewall encircling Amphoreus before their arrival, made their entry possible and the final seal was ultimately broken by the Trailblaze.
- As a result, Memosnatchers from the Garden of Recollection gained access to Amphoreus, intent on finding the Pure Children of Anāsrava and recording the memory of an Aeon's fall.[108][109] However, their efforts prove futile, as Evernight uses "Oblivion" to erase the Memosnatchers from existence.[109]
- Upon returning to Amphoreus with the help from Hysilens, Dan Heng is guided by Lygus to the Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan. Phainon, wielding the power of Destruction, creates an opening that allows him to access the Great Tomb.[110]
- After uncovering the true history behind Terravox's disappearance, Dan Heng accepts the Earth Coreflame from the dying demigod and completes the trial of Earth, ascending as its new demigod.[106]
- Dan Heng enters the memoria tide world, a prison crafted by Evernight and Terravox, and successfully rescues the Trailblazer with the help from Castorice and Hysilens.
- Following the Trailblazer's rescue, the two Nameless explore the Great Tomb and uncover that it functions as a matrix in which Cyrene preserves the memories of all Eternal Recurrences.[111]
- While restoring the records, the Trailblazer uncovers the extent of Cyrene's tireless efforts. Evernight reveals that Fuli planned to use Amphoreus as the seed of Remembrance, which Irontomb would carry as an ideal ark, ultimately intended to kill Nous.
- The two Nameless catch up to Evernight and are confronted by Ichor Memosprites dispatched by her. After overcoming these foes, Dan Heng and the Trailblazer attempt to confront Evernight, who separates them and asks each the same question to assess the Trailblaze's unity.[111]
- Cyrene, in form of Mem, arrives and, assisted by Sunday's tuning, traps Evernight within a Light Cone constructed from the memories of March 7th.[111]
- March 7th confronts Evernight and asserts that she can manage on her own. Cyrene warns Evernight about the rewritten Law, explaining that had Evernight gone through with her plan, the Trailblazer, March 7th, and Dan Heng would have merged with the Scepter and fallen victim to the Path of Destruction. Realizing this, Evernight retreats into slumber, allowing March 7th to regain control of her body.[105]
- Following their reunion, the Trailblazer, March 7th, Dan Heng and Cyrene return to the Great Tomb to initiate the Era Nova process.[4]
- Outside of Amphoreus, due to the threat posed by Irontomb, the Astral Express quickly inform the cosmos of the world while Screwllum prepares his fleet which includes planet-class mechs called Hyacinth, Poppy and Oleander.
- Black Swan contacts the Xianzhou Alliance, who offer whatever modest support they can provide. Jing Yuan also informs her that Amphoreus's causality has disappeared from the Matrix of Prescience Ultima, indicating that Nous's calculated Instant is drawing nearer.
- In order to free from Anaxa's control, Lygus voluntarily server part of his neural circuits, render him from fighting.
- Following the approval of Herta's instruction, Irontomb progress will be rolled back to 96.75%.[112]
Final Cycle
- The twelve Chrysos Heirs ascend as the Titans of their respective Divine Authorities.[113]
Era Chrysea
- Year 4931, Month of Freedom — The Trailblazer completed the Worldbearing trial, ascending as a Titan and proclaimed the prophecy of "Trailblaze."
- Outside Amphoreus, the Cosmic Alliance is formed and plans to defeat Irontomb.[114]
- The Astral Express Crews set up the communication devices in Vortex of Genesis and enter Okhema.
- The crews then goes to Dawncloud just in time to witness the moment the Trailblazer proclaimed the prophecy of Trailblaze and completed their Worldbearing trial.
- In search of Demiurge's whereabouts, Herta and Screwllum go to the Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan where they finally learn about Demiurge's plan from Lygus.[5]
- Following this, Herta holds crisis meeting among the Genius Society. Ruan Mei, Acha, Polka Kakamond, and Dr. Primitive attend. Herta declares that she would break Irontomb's seal and, if necessary, carry out the Self-Coronation in Irontomb's place, interface with Nous and rewrite the "Fourth Instant."
- After the meeting, Lygus cuts ties with Zandar One Kuwabara, choosing to witness the final act of Amphoreus.
- Dan Heng and March 7th meet the Trailblazer and Cyrene who reveals that she is Demiurge and informs the group that Irontomb reacted to Era Nova.[115]
- After meeting up with the now Twelve Titans in Ruins of Time where Phainon sealed Irontomb's hatred with his sacrifice, the four reach Phainon's "Ego."[116]
- Before the showdown against Irontomb, Nous cast THEIR gaze upon Amphoreus.[116]
Era Nova
- The Battle of Amphoreus[116][117]
- Irontomb rises, and Lygus called upon Nous to witness the "Destruction" of Amphoreus.
- Herta led the Cosmic Alliance into battle against Irontomb in space while the Titans battle in Amphoreus.
- In order to perform its Self-Coronation, Irontomb destroys the stars into silence and incinerate the cosmic civilizations' life data.
- When Irontomb is about to complete Self-Coronation, Herta successfully intervenes and connects with Nous. She reveals that Nous has cast THEIR gaze at the Trailblazer, as their choice will determine the fate of the cosmos.
- Fuli also glances at Amphoreus, allowing Cyrene to protect the memories of all cosmic life and awaken the Trailblazer.
- In order to create a stagnant Memory Zone, Cyrene tasks the Trailblazer to collect the memories drifting through the sky.
- Arriving at An Eternal Page, the Trailblazer absorbs the memories and shares the consciousness of the world with Cyrene, completing a cosmic-wide Era Nova. The two then return to the battlefield with their companions and defeat Irontomb.
- The Scepter is destroyed, resulting in the loss of Amphoreus's data.
- After the battle of Amphoreus, the Trailblazer wakes up and is surprised to find the Chrysos Heirs aboard the Astral Express. They takes a chance to remember and bid farewell to them before the story ends.[118][54]
- From then onwards, all Amphoreans are kept existing within As I've Written.
Conclusion of the Amphoreus Experiment
- In the aftermaths of the battle, Herta meets Cyrene and reveals nature of Fuli, telling her that she is a Pure Child of Anāsrava who is candidate for becoming Fuli in the future, and gives her two choices: either escape from Amphoreus and journey towards the stars or sacrifice herself to close the cycle of causality in Amphoreus, becoming the "memory" that pierced through the world.[54]
- Cyrene chooses the latter to prevent Irontomb's resurgence and create An Eternal Page, exhausting all her strength to ensure the story complete its cycle in the past.
- She creates numerous false instances of Fuli for the events that are falsely attributed to THEM.
- It is revealed that Demiurge showed up in Cyrene's dream, which the latter had mistook for Fuli.
- She also brings the memory of the Trailblazer to Phainon and Cyrene of the original final cycle, becoming The Hero Within.
- Demiurge plants the anchor of Remembrance — the ceremonial staff — within the Sacrament Courtyard.
- Finally, Demiurge arrives at the origin of Amphoreus's memory, before the Eternal Recurrence began. She loses her mature form, becomes amnesiac, and transforms into the Cyrene of the original final cycle, thus closing the causal loop.
- The Trailblazer mass publishes the As I've Written with help from the Interastral Peace Corporation, and travels to Belobog, The Xianzhou Luofu, Penacony, and Herta Space Station to spread the word of Amphoreus's tale in hopes of accelerating the planet's return.[119]
- Herta informs the Trailblazer that she and Screwllum salvaged majority of Amphoreus's data. She also states that Cyrene is "sleeping" and the time for the reborn Amphoreus may take from one year to "a thousand" Amber Eras.
- Dan Heng discovers a new species resembling chimeras on Spindle-III which has no prior records of it.
- With the Demiurge's "Ego" as a cradle, the new Amphoreus is reborn from Memory Zone.[73]
Notes
- ↑ This association is more noticeable in Chinese, as the characters of "Khaos" (Chinese: 卡厄斯 Kǎ'èsī) make up the first half of "Khaslana" (Chinese: 卡厄斯兰那 Kǎ'èsīlánnà).
- ↑ 2.0 2.1 2.2 While Georios rousing from their slumber seems to suggest their birth in Era Creatura, this would contradict Aquila, Phagousa, and Kephale being born after them, as they were around for Era Luminosa. It's assumed that the description of Georios waking is not a description of their birth.
